We are seeking a Site Assistant to support our Project team. The Site Assistant will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of the company's products at the customer's location as directed by the supervisor.
- Communicate with customers while on site to gather information about the encountered product damage/malfunction/faulty.
- Take photographs and document product damage/malfunction/faulty to collect information.
- Submit a report on the product damage/malfunction/faulty using the complaint form and report to the Superior for further action.
- Update the information about product damage and the status of customer complaints in the database for reference purposes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work at Wisma CKE Holdings, Cheras.
- Requires a minimum of SPM, STPM, or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or related field.
- Experienced in inspecting products/equipment and identifying damage.
- Also experienced in gathering information and reporting instances of product damage or malfunction based on customer complaints.
- Willing to travel within the Klang Valley area to the project site or customer's place to gather the required information about the product or customer complaint.
- Must have a valid B2 or D Class driving license.
- Computer literate in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- There is 1 full-time position available.
Working Schedule:
- 5-Days Working per Week (Monday ~ Friday)
- Normal Working Hours (9.00 am ~ 6.00 pm with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime)
- Off Day – Saturday, Rest Day – Sunday.
