Job Description
Provide analytical support and thermal/structural/mechanical characterization for existing and new products. Handle all aspects of thermal simulation, thermal design, including proposal support, conceptual and preliminary/detailed design, materials selection, and manufacturing for new product developments and continuous improvement of existing products. Responsible for establishing thermal specification, defining thermal design methodologies, analysis and testing requirements based on customer requirements and executing the implementation of technical methods to facilitate the requirements. Work closely with design team for thermal design solution, assign project/job respective engineers based on given specifications and follow up on the simulation schedules. Responsible to train junior engineers and ensure all engineers equipped with required thermal design knowledge Ensuring products achieve quality, feature set, cost, schedule, reliability, mechanical and regulatory/safety goals. Develop and improve analytical techniques, processes and build up analysis database for new products. Ensure all project deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management. Minimum Qualification
Master Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or Thermal Engineering Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer fundamentals, preferably thermal management background with 3 or more years relevant working experience. Job Description
This job is all about designing and optimizing machines to meet customer needs. You might like this job because you get to work with cool technology, collaborate with different teams, and solve real engineering challenges! Conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing automation machine, jigs and fixture based on customer requirements and industry standards Preparing detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) for fabrication and assembly Prepare Machine Operation Manual and documentation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines Conducting detailed analyses, simulations, and testing to validate design performance and identify areas for improvement Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering Support mechanical assembly, machine setup, and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance. Liaise with customers on design, materials / components selection and product -functionality and quality issues Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design Proficiency in SolidWorks is required Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Applicant must be willing to travel locally or oversea if required Skills
