Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration or any related field with a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in the same field.
· Possess good interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
· Good communication skills & Organizing Skills
· Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu.
· Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Organizing and maintaining records and files.
· Supporting Operations teams with monthly invoicing.
· Process purchase requisitions, vendor registration, and invoice payments.
· Sourcing quotations from vendors for Project and Product Support team.
· Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
· Maintain accurate records for purchasing and inventory; ensure timely posting of goods receipts
· Ensure administrative tasks align with company policies and regulations.
· Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
· Input, update, and generate reports from company databases and systems.
