Job Description

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approved budgets.

Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and evaluate offers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.

Maintain and update supplier database, ensuring accurate contact and compliance information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement systems / ERP software.
