Daily order and shipment arrangement: Consolidate and verify shipping arrangements based on order confirmations. Confirm order status and coordinate with Packing/Trucking teams. Book shipments with SMC or customer forwarders and prepare shipping documents for customs. Arrange trucks for pick-up schedules. Handle customs affairs with forwarders or customs brokers. File and maintain shipping documents and records. Collaborate with Receiving/Inventory/Logistics teams at the warehouse and external departments like Production, Sales, Buyers, RMA, etc., to fulfill shipping demands. Respond promptly to urgent requests, manage abnormal orders, and handle shipment returns. Ensure compliance with embargo and restricted policies, holding orders to/from forbidden countries. Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Management, International Trading, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus, but candidates with relevant certificates and good experience will also be considered. Minimum 3 years of shipping experience in Malaysia. Familiarity with INCOTERMS 2020, import/export procedures, and customs affairs in Malaysia. Understanding of customs valuation, rules of origin, and harmonized tariff classification. Strong interpersonal and multilingual communication skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Basic knowledge of warehouse operations; experience with SAP/WMS is an advantage. Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and handle time-sensitive situations.
