Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, 5S, respect of the product, OK start .) during the operations and propose/ implement improvements. Define work standards with the help of support functions and operators. Ensure TPM standards are properly deployed and used: abnormalities detection (formalized on red tags), systematic inspection & regular cleaning of equipment by team, 1st levels of preventive maintenance, maintenance line QRQCs. Control regularly genba equipment performance (including cycle time measurements, and microstoppages observation sessions), and react. Make regularly time-measurements with main MUDA seeking Ensure that all displays of his/her perimeter (QCDM by APT, QCDM & communication areas at APZ level) are updated at end of shift, and make sure that workers have necessary material to do so. Manage production

Propose every week APZ headcounts & organization to the APU Manager, according to MPS. Ensure production, respecting SQCDM & inventory targets. In case a detected problem cannot be solved by the APT, assign and check containment and corrective actions with APU support functions and / or management. Review daily all QRAP of his/her perimeter. React in case of issue & escalate issues at APU level when needed. Liaise with the Supply Chain team on MPS daily priorities. Respect daily the MPS contract. In case of daily MPS respect deviation, take necessary measures within the week, after validation by APU Manager, to have respected weekly MPS at the end of the week. Get involvement of support functions every time necessary to solve as fast as possible the issues identified by APTs. Monitor shift QCDM and ensure QCDM boards are updated. Make reports defined by site. Manage Continuous Improvement

Lead action plans to improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets), in coherence with APU & Plant, including productivity plans (P-30). Reach and maintain a dynamic and efficient Proposals of Improvements system. Participate in safety and environment risks reduction & lead line Safety QRQC for cat. 7 safety issues. Contribute to new equipment and processes start ups. Lead Zoning evolution and improvements by his/her team. Participate in APU QRQC: Quality, DL efficiency, Maintenance, prepare and come with necessary data for an efficient attendance. Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by APU Manager (Safety, Quality, DL efficiency, TRP, Maintenance). Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards. Lead VPS workshops (flow analysis – MUDA hunting, 5S, Hoshin, TPM .) and liaise with Site VPS Manager for training to methodologies; Participate in the weekly Site VPS committee, presenting regularly the genba status of workshops he/she is leading. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage, lead and supervise a team to achieve the organizational objectives. Be the area owner and accountable for the area / department performance metrics such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, ROCK (Remove, Organize, Clean, Keep), etc. Ensure company policies are clearly communicated with the production team. Ensure EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and quality regulatory requirement compliance. Provide proper training to the associates and ensure they are certified to perform their job with the tools provided according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) / WI (Work Instruction). Conduct regular 1:1 and weekly communication meetings with associates to provide/receive updates, feedback, and discuss development and calibration of expectations. Ensure a safe working environment for associates with enforcement of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) compliance and LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) application. Ensure product is produced according to the print in order to meet the industry standards and customer expectations for quality. Proactively initiate quality improvements to ensure OD and PPM meet the corporate target. Timely containment and investigation of quality issues (together with MQS/technician etc.) in order to minimize the cost impact and prevent escape to customer. Responsible to support and ensure OSS scheduling of orders by due date and batching opportunity; confirm material availability to deliver orders on time to customers. Work with OSS to manage the expedite system, rescheduling codes and accurate dates. Manage machine capacity and people capacity (this includes associate work schedules, OT, time off, vacations etc.) with alignment to order scheduling. Responsible for overall cost performance in your cost center. Manage overtime according to business requirements, drive scrap and productivity improvements to reduce cost. Communicate to Techs on priority and engage in troubleshooting defective tooling that may cause efficiency or quality concerns. Walk the processes frequently to understand any quality concerns or bottlenecks, and address with the team in a timely manner. Monitor and review metrics regularly; responsible to initiate and drive continuous improvement. Required Experience:

Provide technical expert views to offshore productions installation by performing technical monitoring of plant performance, troubleshoot operating issues, and identify opportunity for improvement. Provide technical assurance and authorization in process parameter deviation, management of change (MOC), process safety management (PSM) to ensure safe operations and compliance to regulations. Troubleshoot and perform anomaly detection analysis, root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce process/operational failures and improve production safety and reliability. Develop the scope of work, work estimates, deliverables for small capital investment project on the offshore facilities to ensure proper implementation and completion of the FIP. Provide support in planning, management, and execution of shutdown activities, including equipment/system isolation, hydrocarbon free environment for shutdown or any maintenance activities. Provide operations function to various efficiency improvement initiatives, including adapting digital transformation activities. Render technical support for FPSO operations and maintenance, including crude storage management and offtake lifting programme for Layang Marine Terminal. Review and monitor FPSO Helang production efficiency, performance, identify and address any issues/bottlenecks affecting overall production and guided by FPSO DCR, and O&M contract deliverables to propose improvement and debottlenecking proposals. Prepare and monitor work program and budget (WP&B), fixed and variable cost for surface routine OPEX to ensure prudent expenditure, promote cost saving, UPC reduction and maximize profitability of operations. Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process / Petroleum or Equivalent More than 5 years in Offshore gas platform Operations. Well verse in Shell DEPs, Petronas PTS, ASME, ASMI and other international codes and standards, particularly process engineering, parameters monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, control and/or design. Skilled Knowledge in Rotating Equipment operations and maintenance including gas turbines, pumps and gas compressors. Thorough understanding of the plant process and utilities function and the relationships of various operations systems therein. Operators/Consultant-background with experience process engineering, parameters monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, control and/or design. Knowledge on Measurement, Testing, Allocation and Balancing (MTAB) for hydrocarbon allocation. Knowledge on subsurface operations, wells and reservoir management and drilling operations. Dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills. Able to travel and work at offshore facilities. Reasonably sensitive to the norms of different cultures or ethnicity. Strong analytical skills. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention from arrival to departure. Monitor and ensure that IHG One Rewards Members, InterContinental Ambassadors, and VIP guests receive exceptional attention, care, and personalized service during their stay. Address and resolve guest complaints and incidents in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with the Duty Manager when needed and documenting actions in the Log Book. Respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring requests are met and problems are solved with a focus on guest satisfaction and experience. Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and activities, offering tailored suggestions and assistance. Supervise and manage Front Office, Guest Relations, and Reception teams, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained. Ensure all team members are properly trained on systems, security protocols, and service standards to maintain smooth operations. Actively mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members, supporting their professional development and improving team performance. Monitor and enforce standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance to maintain a professional image. Ensure that team members have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job duties. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and resolve any issues promptly. Oversee shift operations, ensuring front office processes, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and room assignments are completed efficiently. Ensure hotel policies and standards are adhered to across all areas, maintaining consistency in operations and guest experience. Review daily reports, including guest billing instructions, credit limits, and the rate variance report to ensure compliance and revenue control. Monitor occupancy, room availability, and ensure rooms are prepared on time for arriving guests, coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance as necessary. Assist with operational checklists, ensuring daily procedures are completed and tasks are managed effectively. Monitor and control guest billing, ensuring accurate charges and prompt resolution of any discrepancies. Ensure the smooth functioning of the Property Management System (PMS), taking immediate action in the event of any system failures or emergencies. Actively participate in upselling and revenue initiatives, promoting hotel facilities, dining outlets, and services to enhance revenue. Respond to emergency situations, including system downtimes, and implement recovery procedures effectively. Ensure that all team members are fully trained in emergency protocols, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first‑aid measures. Act as a point of contact in any crisis or incident situations, managing operations and guest welfare until resolution. Promote inter‑hotel sales, including dining, spa, pool, gym, and other in‑house services, and encourage guests to take advantage of hotel amenities. Collaborate with the Concierge and Airport Concierge team to ensure smooth transportation arrangements for guests, including airport pick‑up/drop‑off. Keep up‑to‑date with local events and attractions, offering guests suggestions and recommendations as needed. Participate in IHG training programs to improve personal skills and development. Provide guidance and training for new team members, ensuring they understand hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Perform ad‑hoc duties as required, stepping in to support the team with unexpected tasks or demands. Ensure completion of any necessary administrative work, including the documentation of incidents, guest feedback, and other operational reports. Represent the hotel brand with pride and professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times. Be the face of the hotel during shift, ensuring that the team and guests feel supported and valued. Support loyalty program initiatives by encouraging enrollment and educating guests about program benefits. What We Need From You

Speak local language. English language skill both written and verbal is a plus. Having self‑transportation is an advantage. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with clients and the guests.
