The Opportunity

The Transaction Monitoring team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Transaction Monitoring Specialists to support investigations into all payments that flow through the Railsr ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Review transaction monitoring and fraud alerts in order to identify potential suspicious activity
  • Conduct Financial Crime investigations and make risk based decisions to minimize risk exposure to the business
  • Make recommendations to the business to adapt processes and transaction monitoring systems to counter new threats and emerging trends
  • Liaise with the Customer Success team and other members of the Anti-Financial Crime team to handle urgent cases and prioritise based on SLA expectations
  • Screen Business Customers and End-users for PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media
  • Review and assess quality and accuracy of KYC information collected for business customers, including complex, multi-layered corporate customers
  • Assist with ad-hoc project work where required

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ of related experience with a financial services institution in a financial crime or compliance role
  • Knowledge of the UK and EU AML/CFT regulatory framework is a must
  • Conducting end-to-end investigations
  • Experience writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
  • Experience conducting FinCrime investigations within a regulated environment
  • A quick learner who enjoys challenging work
  • Fluency in more than one language is preferable, strong English skills is a must
  • A strong background in using basic IT platforms
  • You are a team-oriented person
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to talk easily to people at all levels of your organisation.

As a key member of the Collaboration and Video Support Team, you will help design, implement, and provide support for collaboration services and infrastructure. Including Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Poly, Zoom, and other unified communications technology with a strong focus on video conferencing technology. Working directly with multiple teams and vendors to identify and resolve challenges within the video support team. This is a great opportunity to liaison with other technical teams to provide technical and tactical solutions to address future needs for both on-premises and remote conferencing technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environment, and infrastructure.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of video conferencing endpoint equipment. This includes the configuration and operation of Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Poly Endpoints.
  • Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage AV/ VC Townhall, operate complex AV equipment in Media rooms, Cafeterias including AV desk, Camera switching, streaming services etc.,
  • Provide video conferencing event planning production packets consisting of logistics, test plans, configuration drawings, and other necessary information working with other cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize the existing management-tracking tool ServiceNow for all related incident tracking, service tickets, and change requests.
  • Follow defined processes and ensure that the processes are adhered to by the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including RMA’s, and hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain currency and provide recommendations for new technologies.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Process service requests within the Video and Event Services area.
  • Adhering to SLAs and maintain maximum uptime for the video conferencing environment and event services.
  • Conduct equipment audits, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users, the IT Video Team, Executives, and IT management.
  • Create internal and end-user documentation for supported architecture and operations.
  • Produce Run of Show documents, attendance reports, IT equipment readiness checklist and other items for Audio Video production team.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects accordingly.
  • Mentoring/Training team members.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically has 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
  • Experienced in A/V Design, budget, and project management.
  • Experience with Zoom Webinar, Qumu, Zoom Meetings, Teams Meetings, Cisco WebEx, Pexip, CVI and other industry-standard meeting platforms.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of how-to setup, install, troubleshoot, and connect audio visual equipment including cameras, microphones, projectors, and monitors.
  • Basic understanding of networking and network protocols.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office including Visio.
  • This person is expected to work in rotational shifts that this team services - Morning, General Shift and rarely weekend or late-night shifts
  • The person is also expected to support during weekends/public holidays if there are critical/maintenance activities planned during these days.

  • Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Critical Services Manager, the Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring data centre facilities' efficient and reliable operation. This position is responsible for managing the duty team, overseeing equipment inspections, analysing system interfaces, and ensuring the accuracy of shift handovers. The Shift Manager also focuses on training, compliance with standard operating procedures, and effective incident management. This is not a shift role, but occasionally out-of-hours response and coverage will be required. RESPONSIBILITIES Team Ownership: Arrange and supervise the work of the entire shift team to ensure smooth operations. Equipment and Data Review: Review facility equipment inspections conducted by the shift team and verify related operational data. Oversee on-site shift handover data, including a preliminary analysis of events, faults, equipment operation modes, capacity, redundancy, and alarm analysis to ensure accuracy. Systems Analysis: Perform daily analysis of interface display and usage issues in BMS, BA, high-voltage monitoring, inspection PDA, and data centre management systems. Provide improvement suggestions for weak current and BMS systems. Training and SOP Compliance: Regularly practice and train according to the plan formulated by the shift supervisor, starting with professional classification and equipment operation. Summarize and assess training results and verify the execution of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and EOP (Emergency Operating Procedures). Incident Management: Record and analyse abnormal duty reports and the handling of abnormal situations. Summarize reasons and solutions and generalize successful emergency handling experiences for broader application. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: College degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, automation, refrigeration, or related fields. Hold valid high and low voltage operation certificates and air conditioning operation certificates. Over 3 years of experience as a data centre operations and maintenance technician. Familiarity with the daily maintenance of UPS, generators, chiller units, and other systems. In-depth knowledge of the configuration, distribution, and usage of power distribution systems, including high and low-voltage distribution systems, UPS, chillers, fire protection in the data centre. Possess fault diagnosis and emergency handling capabilities. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Strong learning ability and motivation for self-improvement.
