In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead ServiceNow implementations across government agencies, working closely with stakeholders to transform public service delivery through innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Analysis
• Lead requirements gathering through human-centric design methods and visual techniques
• Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions for complex government challenges
Technical Leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background in enterprise SaaS platforms (ServiceNow expertise required)

You’ll be part of Process Automation Platform Team where you, together with your colleagues, will be working on the implementation and development of Operational Technology (OT) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform You will focus primarily on OT CMDB, OT Service Management (OTSM) and OT Vulnerability Response (OTVR) to enable visibility, control and governance of our OT environments. In this role, you will design, enhance, and maintain data models that bridge IT and OT, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and operational requirements.
As a team, we are working within Ørsted IT’s agile delivery setup, you will contribute to developing technical solutions, platform integrations and process automations that ensure accurate configuration and service.
You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting the implementation and expansion of the OT Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including CI class modeling, asset hierarchy structures and relationship mapping
- configuring and deploying OT Service Management (OTSM) to enable efficient incident, change and request processes tailored to OT environments
- implementing and maintaining OT Vulnerability Response (OTVR), mapping vulnerabilities to OT assets and supporting remediation workflows with OT operations
- working with MID Servers, discovery and external data sources (e.g. asset inventories, security platforms) to bring accurate asset data into the OT CMDB
- enabling CSDM alignment for OT services, applications and business capabilities to support consistency and traceability across IT and OT service landscapes.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM, preferably within OT or industrial environments
- have experience working with OTSM and OTVR modules in ServiceNow, including incident, request and change workflows adapted for OT use cases
- are familiar with OT systems (e.g. SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and understand how these assets relate to business services, operations and risk, while you also have experience with Discovery, MID Server setup and integrations with external OT/IT asset data sources.
- understand the unique challenges of IT vs. OT service models and can design workflows and data models accordingly and are proficient in configuring ServiceNow platform components such as Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs and flow designer.
- possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills and can collaborate effectively across IT, OT and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and lead meetings with executive stakeholders, including C-suite, IT operations, system architects, security professionals, and business leads
- Work with process transformation consultants in designing TO-BE process workflows by firstly assessing and understanding client’s AS-IS situation.
- Communicate platform capabilities into business terms for executive stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant domains.
- More than 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow Platform solutions & delivery, preferably in a Pre-sales Capacity.
- ServiceNow Certifications is preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM.
- Must possess deep knowledge and experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and integration possibilities.
- Experience in designing end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow, including custom applications and integrations with other systems.
- Management consulting experience is preferred
- Agile software delivery experience is preferred

What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities: Work hand in hand with ServiceNow specialists on the design of innovative solutions that leverage automation and integrations with ServiceNow technologies to allow clients to have more effective operations Perform client facing ServiceNow Service Offering & Product demonstrations Provide pre-sales technical support for sales pursuits involving complex business challenges Provide solutions based on ServiceNow Platform capabilities to help transform clients' business structures, strategies, and priorities Align with ServiceNow principal on finalizing the identified modules and requirements for clients Keep up to date on ServiceNow's licensing model (e.g., subscription-based, per-user, per-module). Able to negotiate pricing terms, if necessary, to ensure it fits within the budget constraints. Organize and develop knowledge base content for sample Solution Designs Develop ServiceNow reusable assets and accelerators to be leveraged for sales and delivery Conducting product demonstrations, creating proof of concepts (POCs), and showcasing the capabilities of ServiceNow. Assist the Delivery team with RFx / Proposal documents, scoping for SOW, timeline, assumptions, resource dimensions. Collaborate and lead meetings with executive stakeholders, including C-suite, IT operations, system architects, security professionals, and business leads Work with process transformation consultants in designing TO-BE process workflows by firstly assessing and understanding client’s AS-IS situation. Communicate platform capabilities into business terms for executive stakeholders Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant domains. More than 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow Platform solutions & delivery, preferably in a Pre-sales Capacity. ServiceNow Certifications is preferred:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM.
Must possess deep knowledge and experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM. ITIL certification is preferred. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and integration possibilities. Experience in designing end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow, including custom applications and integrations with other systems. Management consulting experience is preferred Agile software delivery experience is preferred Client-facing with persuasion and convincing negotiation skills is a must. Critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution. Team leadership and management. Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in managing service delivery processes and resolving customer issues.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
