**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instructions
- Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

· The purpose of the role is to assist team members in delivery of work to customer sites, meeting individual AOP (Annual Operation Plan) revenue and margin
· Responsible for servicing customer sites and meeting contractual obligations and KPI, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional support.

· Ensuring effective management of work load, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation, financial forecasting and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims, and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Technical**
· Support Field Service Leader on day to day customer and operational requirements. (e.g. coordination of team tasks, team metrics management, KPI management).
· Relevant experienced in project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

**You Must Have**

**Job Description**
Test Equipment Technician perform software, electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in Test Process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible to sustain test equipment with minimal downtime.
+ Provides Manufacturing and Equipment support needs in a rapidly changing development and high-volume manufacturing environment.
+ Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications.
+ Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis on production equipment.
+ Resolves non-standard problems, works with minimal supervision, and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
+ Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
+ Works with Engineering to support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives.
+ Responsible for improving and sustaining the equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE and Yield).
+ Assist engineer during DOE and improvement project.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics or related fields.
PREFERRED:
+ Previous Experience as a minimum one to two years' experience in Tester Maintenance, Automation or related field will be added advantages.
+ Proficient at troubleshooting for the tester with Linux and Windows OS.
+ Ability to perform troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PC software/hardware related issues.
+ Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment.
+ Self-motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and direction.
+ High level attention to detail with methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management.
+ Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures.
+ Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, engineering, and managers.
SKILLS:
+ Problem Solving & Decision making skill.
+ Knowledge and proficiency in the use of PC based Test Equipment.
+ Knowledge in machine control system such as PLC, sensors, relays and pneumatics.
+ Able to use Microsoft office and computer applications.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Support Analytics team on setting up and Fault Detection (FD), Prediction and Run-to-Run modelling.
+ Perform data compilation such as Data Quality and rule effectiveness.
+ Support Analytics team to perform data analysis and find out the best variables/limits.
+ Support stakeholders across different team on data retrieval using SQL and Python and data processing from time to time.
+ Responsible to document all analysis in documentation page and ensure the information is up to date.
+ Support Engineer for project follow up.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Diploma, Major in Engineering/Computer Science or related field
PREFERRED:
+ Minimum 5 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing
+ Familiar with manufacturing data analysis and knowledge is preferred
