- Drive WorldFirst's organic growth KPIs working closely with development, content, and marketing teams to fully capitalize on growth possibilities.
- Proven hands-on SEO experience with a solid methodology in core areas, including site audit, competitor benchmarking campaign, facilitate technical implementation with engineers, organic content expansion roadmap, link acquisition techniques, etc.
- Optimize websites for efficient crawling and indexing, while improving Core Web Vitals to elevate organic search performance.
- Evaluate content performance to pinpoint underperforming areas and double down on content production that speaks to the right ICP.
- Strengthen the global backlink profile to significantly boost the website's overall domain authority.
- Help position our brand as a market leader in the financial services and technology industry through actionable, forward-thinking SEO strategies.
- Develop and execute scalable international SEO frameworks for multilingual and multi-regional websites, including hreflang tagging, regional keyword strategies, localization workflows, and geo-targeting tactics.
- Collaborate across content, web, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure our global assets are search-optimized, culturally resonant, and aligned with local search intent and behavior.
- Reinforce our approach to conversion rate optimization, ensuring ongoing monitoring and optimization of monetization opportunities.
- Adept at using tools/platforms to track, monitor, and report on SEO outcomes, with a data-driven mindset to identify gaps and growth opportunities worth investing in.
- Able to bridge communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to foster alignment and coordination on SEO initiatives.

- 5+ years of experience in SEO, from B2B background, within SaaS, FinTech, or technology industries is welcomed.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and optimize our web search footprint and AI queries.

- Develop and implement AI & SEO strategies to improve visibility on AI searches, organic search rankings and drive website traffic across global and country specific sites and languages
- Own the AI query & keyword research and competitive analysis to improve rankings and content optimization
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines and user experience
- Plan and execute guerilla digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising, to drive engagement and conversions
- Optimize and execute marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, ensuring effective lead generation, nurturing, and tracking of campaign performance
- Run A/B testing strategies for landing pages and marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates
- Strong analytics skills using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement on website & campaign performance
- Bachelor’s degree. Digital marketing or SEO certification/training preferred
