Job Description
- Manages and monitor network infrastructure, firewall, virtual machine, server administration, AD, backup and recovery antivirus, including server room cleanliness
- Provide system support and troubleshoot reported issues by users
- Schedule and provide system training for the users
- Ensure timely, efficiency and accuracy of information flows within the company for the system
- Install and configure IT Equipment, Assets and Software Applications
- Monitor and maintaining daily scheduled tasks (e.g. databases backup, software update, etc)
- Maintain records of licensed softwares, domains, etc
- Deal / survey with vendors/suppliers for IT acquisitions
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Required skill(s): ERP, IT Software and Hardware skill & Knowledge, MS Office.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in IT support.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
- Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task.
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical and with proven ability in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Able to work travel when is required.

Client & Account Management Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong and trusted client relationships. Understand client goals, brand identity, and market positioning to develop tailored marketing strategies. Lead and participate in marketing pitches, preparing compelling proposals and presentations.
Influencer Marketing Identify, source, and negotiate with influencers/KOLs across various tiers (celebrities, niche experts, KOLs, KOCs). Strategize and oversee influencer campaigns to meet KPI requirements and deliver measurable results. Coordinate content briefing, communication, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and optimize campaign strategies across platforms such as
XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta . Stay updated on the latest platform trends, features, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions. Support brands in O2O (online-to-offline) and cross-border marketing strategies when required.
Reporting & Analysis Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting with insights and recommendations. Use data-driven analysis to optimize ongoing campaigns and future proposals. Job Requirements
Proven experience (3–5 years) in account management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing. Strong knowledge of
social media platforms , especially
XHS , Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and support teammates. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Eager to continuously learn and adapt, with a strong interest in acquiring new skills, knowledge, and information. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of reporting and performance tracking. Role Responsibilities- Social-first Content Creation
- Develop content ideas and narratives for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that connect with SMEs and retail audiences.
- Script, storyboard, and collaborate on short-form videos (POV, skits, reels, product explainers, merchant highlights) .
- Repurpose campaigns, merchant success stories, and event highlights into engaging content formats.
- Storytelling & Brand Voice
- Craft relatable and human-centered stories that showcase how EasyStore transforms retail businesses.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice that feels approachable, inspiring, and SME-friendly.
- Translate product features into real-life use cases and merchant journeys .
- Engagement & Growth
- Plan and manage the social content calendar with clear goals (reach, engagement, shares, leads).
- Experiment with trends, formats, and hooks to maximize organic reach.
- Track social performance, learn from data, and continuously optimize.
- Experience : 1–3 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Content Skills : Proven ability to create short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) — from ideation to publishing.
- Storytelling Ability : Strong sense of narrative and how to translate product features into relatable stories for SMEs.
- Visual Sense : Comfortable working with designers or basic tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) to ensure content is visually appealing.
- Social Savvy : Up-to-date with social media trends, formats, and algorithms — knows what works and what doesn’t.
- Analytical Mindset : Able to track content performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and improve based on data.
