The new role

• Participate in the software development life-cycle
• Perform system testing and documentation whenever necessary
• Analyze and design new core modules
• Participate in the creation of new Cloud services and products
• Perform unit testing and system integration testing
• Maintain and support project post-implementation activities

Requirements to succeed

You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or relevant fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.

• 1. Head of Web Development (Band 3)

Key Criteria:

• Extensive experience in software application development; experience with simple web content websites is not sufficient.
• Exposure to core web technologies such as Angular and microservices.

Qualifications:

• Provide leadership and expertise in Web-related product innovation, including:
• Development of web development best practices.
• Research & development of web systems architecture considering non-functional requirements (test automation, security, scalability, performance, etc.).

• Code and design the layout of a website according to a company’s specifications, ensuring good user experience.
• Create websites using standard HTML and CSS practices.
• Communicate with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy content, ensuring clear establishment of what can be prepared and created within a given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of cross-border transfer related systems, building payment system architecture design and performance optimization, improving system performance and development efficiency, ensuring high concurrency, high reliability, and easy maintenance.
2. Design and implementation of multiple subsystems such as acquiring transactions, checkout pages, channels, and reconciliation in the Global Payment system to ensure that each module is convenient and clear, easy to maintain and expand, and can quickly support the rapid development of the business.
3. Gain insight into the development of cryptocurrency industry payment and competing product strategies and tactics, and continuously improve product competitiveness and user experience.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with cross-border transfer systems, online payment or cross-border remittance, credit card payment, third-party wallet, etc., with practical development experience in relevant modules including Payment Gateway, account, wallet, settlement, checkout page, payment.
2. Familiar with overseas payment bank funds, clearing and settlement network knowledge, and have practical experience in relevant system access procedures, interface specifications and relevant international laws and policies.
3. Possessing strong system code design and problem-solving abilities, being able to quickly locate and solve problems in complex technical environments, having good learning and innovation abilities, and being able to quickly master new payment-related technologies and policies and implement them in actual systems.
4. More than 4.5 years of experience in internet, finance, and e-commerce related development, proficient in Java and Golang related development, possessing one or more system modeling capabilities similar to DDD field modeling.
5. Have good communication and collaboration skills with products, business and channels, and the ability to communicate in English is a plus.
6. Have technical risk awareness and experience in hot spot governance, monitoring and alarming, and stability construction related to large-scale activities.
