    Oversee and responsible for overall tax function by ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and optimize tax efficiency by liaising closely with tax outsourced partners and external tax consultants.

    • Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely direct and indirect tax returns to tax authorities.
    • Managing and overseeing all tax-related matters, including but not limited to transfer pricing policies, Global Minimum Tax (GMT), Sales & Service Tax (SST) and other direct or indirect taxes, in accordance with applicable guideline and regulations.
    • Oversee local tax reporting to ensure compliance with requirements. The tax reporting includes review of current tax and deferred tax computation for all reporting basis, tax estimates and tax return submission.
    • Oversee tax reporting to Group Office to ensure compliance with Group Office’s reporting requirements which includes tax monthly closing and quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliation on tax balance, Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR) for tax process.
    • Lead the collaborate and discussion with Finance team and other departments to ensure tax strategies and policies are implemented in compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Keeping update in new or changes in tax laws, regulations and rulings to ensure the group remains compliant and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the group.

    • A recognized Degree in Accounting or Professional Accountancy Qualification, with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in tax management.

    The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to be responsible for the overall management of the School in consonance with the fundamental philosophy of the organization and the provisions of the Education Act 1996. The Vice Principal shall be part of Local School Management Team working together with the Principal, School Administration Managers and Heads of Departments.

    He/she is responsible to provide leadership, direction, and co-ordination within the school. The Vice Principal's main focus will be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school. He/she should strive to create an organization and or climate which fosters student and teacher growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to be responsible for:

    • the detailed organization of the school,
    • the development of the instructional program,
    • the assignment of duties to and the supervision of members of his staff and
    • the general operation of the school facility.

    1. Leadership and Climate

    • Work towards the objectives of the School’s annual business plan, policies and strategic direction as directed by the Council of Education (COE) / Board of Management (BoM).
    • Continually endeavour to improve the operating effectiveness of the school for which he/she is responsible.
    • Comply with all regulatory laws, i.e. operation licenses and any other legal regulations and laws that governs private schools. Keep informed of current practices and techniques relating to school programs, teaching and administration by attending meetings and professional development conferences and reading professional materials.
    • Suggest appropriate changes and ensure adherence to approved policies, practices and procedures within his/her area of responsibility
    • When not involved in teaching duties, to devote as much time as possible to the supervision of the school; observing methods of instruction and endeavouring to improve the efficiency of the staff and the school in general.
    • Encourage, guide and assist student leaders and teachers
    • Meet with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution
    • Practise internal governance work processes for accountability and transparencies.

    2. Programme and Curriculum

    • Ensure that academic policies and curriculum are followed.
    • Develops and tracks benchmarks for measuring institutional success.
    • Co-ordinate and foster the development of programs within the school to best meet the needs and interests of the students. This includes the establishment, supervision, and evaluation of special education programs where a child needs one.
    • Assist the teaching staff in the development, implementation, modifications and selection of curriculum materials, and keep the management informed as to any modifications in or substitution of approved courses.
    • Develop and support a high degree of student morale through curricular and extracurricular activities and services and co-ordinate the participation of all members of the teaching staff in the extracurricular program.

    3. Student Control and Supervision

    • Establish a climate in which students can develop self-discipline.
    • Have disciplinary authority over each student while on school premises, while going to and from school, while riding on school buses and while taking part in authorized school activities.
    • Have authority over activities sponsored and conducted by the student organizations of his school.
    • Responsible for the provision of supervision of students and student activities in the school buildings, on school grounds, while loading or unloading from school buses, or involved in field trips or other student activities sponsored by the school.
    • Provide an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential.
    • Meet and listen to concerns of students on a regular basis.

    4. HR responsibilities

    • Conduct performance appraisals for teaching staff.
    • Evaluate teaching staff and other staff members and identify areas of improvement.
    • Participate in hiring, training, and other employment activities for teachers.
    • Set performance targets and objectives for academic.
    • Manage and plan the annual budget.
    • Propose budgets for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment and propose annual income forecasts.
    • Review and propose requests for instructional materials and equipment within the approved budget.

    Other Skills:
    • Extensive experience with Primavera, Microsoft Suite and ability to adapt quickly to new IT Tools
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a planning team in a large-scale project

    The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to be responsible for the overall management of the School in consonance with the fundamental philosophy of the organization and the provisions of the Education Act 1996. The Vice Principal's main focus will be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school. Key Responsibilities The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to be responsible for: the detailed organization of the school, the development of the instructional program, the assignment of duties to and the supervision of members of his staff and the general operation of the school facility. 1. Leadership and Climate Work towards the objectives of the School’s annual business plan, policies and strategic direction as directed by the Council of Education (COE) / Board of Management (BoM). Programme and Curriculum Ensure that academic policies and curriculum are followed. Develops and tracks benchmarks for measuring institutional success. Co-ordinate and foster the development of programs within the school to best meet the needs and interests of the students. This includes the establishment, supervision, and evaluation of special education programs where a child needs one. Assist the teaching staff in the development, implementation, modifications and selection of curriculum materials, and keep the management informed as to any modifications in or substitution of approved courses. Develop and support a high degree of student morale through curricular and extracurricular activities and services and co-ordinate the participation of all members of the teaching staff in the extracurricular program. 3. Student Control and Supervision Establish a climate in which students can develop self-discipline. Have disciplinary authority over each student while on school premises, while going to and from school, while riding on school buses and while taking part in authorized school activities. Have authority over activities sponsored and conducted by the student organizations of his school. Responsible for the provision of supervision of students and student activities in the school buildings, on school grounds, while loading or unloading from school buses, or involved in field trips or other student activities sponsored by the school. Provide an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential. Meet and listen to concerns of students on a regular basis. 4. HR responsibilities Conduct performance appraisals for teaching staff. Evaluate teaching staff and other staff members and identify areas of improvement. Participate in hiring, training, and other employment activities for teachers. Set performance targets and objectives for academic. Manage and plan the annual budget. Propose budgets for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment and propose annual income forecasts.     As a Principal Solution Architect for Procurement, you will be the strategic and technical authority for designing, governing, and delivering next-generation procurement solutions maximising SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, BTP, and complementary platforms. You will drive the digital transformation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, integrating best-of-breed technologies such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), eSignature, and supplier risk management tools.

    What You Will Deliver

    • Define and lead the procurement architecture roadmap, including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, OpenText VIM, Fieldglass, MDG-SLP, and integration with SAP Business Network and BTP Integration Suite.
    • Integrate non-SAP procurement technologies such as CLM (e.g., SirionLabs) and eSignature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) into the enterprise architecture.
    • Champion 'clean core' and fit-to-standard principles, minimizing customizations and improving SAP and third-party standard processes.
    • Lead the adoption of automation, AI, and data-driven insights to enable touchless buying, compliance, and operational excellence.
    • Translate sophisticated business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure procurement solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
    • Coordinate end-to-end solution design, including process standardization, data governance, and integration patterns.
    • Ensure all solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture guardrails, security, and regulatory requirements.
    • Govern integration between SAP modules and third-party systems, using SAP BTP, APIs, cloud connectors, and iPaaS platforms.
    • Drive the adoption of digital procurement channels (e.g., guided buying, marketplaces, supplier collaboration) and enable seamless user experiences.
    • Enable digital contract management, e-signature workflows, and supplier onboarding through integrated platforms.
    • Actively participate in ERP architecture forums to finalize design decisions and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
    • Lead, produce or supply to key design decisions (KDDs), architecture reviews, and change readiness assessments.
    • Ensure documentation, traceability, and audit-ability of all architectural decisions including governance through the relevant ERP design authority.
    • Mentor and enable solution teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
    • Represent procurement architecture in global forums and transformation initiatives.
    • Proactively lead architectural risks, ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

    What You Will Need to Be Successful (Experience and Qualifications)

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 12+ years of SAP architecture experience, with at least 5 years in procurement transformation roles.
    • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, ECC, SRM, OpenText VIM, Fieldglass, and MDG-SLP.
    • Demonstrable experience in large-scale ERP/SAP deployments, process standardization, and digital procurement transformation.
    • Solid grasp of integration technologies (SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs), data governance, and automation.
    • Demonstrable ability to lead multi-functional teams and handle global programs.
    • Demonstrable understanding of process and solution integration of Procurement with other functional domains such as Sales, Asset Management, Finance.
    • Good communication, partner management, and leadership skills.

    Additional Desirable Traits

    • Experience with SAP Business Network, BTP Integration Suite, and cloud-based procurement solutions.
    • Consistent track record of integrating non-SAP procurement tools with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.

    Job Overview:

    The Principal Subsea Engineer is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Subsea-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Subsea Engineer may lead functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in Subsea. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in Subsea as well as broad knowledge of the Subsea discipline within the Engineering function.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Support subsea and offshore projects in performing design and installation engineering/analysis in a lead role and address various requirements for procurement

    • Provide specialist skills and knowledge in the areas related to engineering and analysis including design codes related to subsea engineering and installation engineering

    • Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards

    • Apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations

    • Coordinate and engage in daily activities and schedule priorities for subsea engineering under limited supervision

    • Tender engineering support with an emphasis on document review, preparation of subcontractor documents, CTR preparation, bid evaluation, and vendor selection

    • Assume responsibility for technical reports, design calculations, engineering analysis, and interface with third parties including subcontractors and verification bodies

    • Required to attend and prepare for project progress meetings and departmental meetings

    • Manage own time to meet objectives and (as Lead Engineer) forecast and plan resource requirements

    • When acting as Lead Engineer, in addition:

    • Direct small or medium-sized Engineering teams as a Lead Engineer

    • Lead the Discipline engineering design of the assigned work area and complete it within the planned schedule and budget, in accordance with standards, MDR, and project-specific procedures and to a high professional standard

    • Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of Discipline execution on the assigned project including scope, deliverables, schedule, and all manpower resources- agree allocations with the Discipline Manager

    • Ensure interfaces and deliverables are clearly identified

    • Maintain responsibility for progress and productivity, identifying any required corrective action

    • Act as project representative for the Discipline during meetings with the Project Team, Customer discipline lead, and relevant agencies such as certifying authorities, auditors, third parties, etc.

    • Adhere to the safety and legal objectives of the company

    • Train and mentor graduates and junior engineers

    • Perform Installation Analysis for rigid pipelines and risers including CLAD and Lined pipelines from reel-lay and S-lay vessels

    • Perform Installation Analysis for flexible flowlines, flexible risers of various configurations, umbilicals (static and dynamic) and subsea structures

    • Prepare Installation Analysis models using industry-standard packages and post-process analysis results applying design criteria from industry codes and client specifications

    • Support in the development of knowledge in the area of design and installation analysis related to subsea and offshore engineering

    • Review and (as Lead Engineer) approve third-party reports related to Installation Engineering and Analysis

    • Understand client requirements and develop solutions to address them, satisfying necessary codes and specifications

    • Take personal responsibility for design, analyses, and technical documentation

    • Liaise with operational teams to support project engineering and be available for site visits and offshore trips when necessary

    • Become fully familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues Interpret contractual requirements as they relate to engineering execution

    • Identify changes to scope and promptly raise change notifications, including providing any necessary supporting documentation and estimates Provide similar support for Variation Orders

    • Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings

    • Maintain close coordination with other engineering disciplines, Planning, Fabrication, Marine, and Project Management Teams, as required

    • Document substantive communications (communications that result in significant decisions or assignment of actions) and forward copies to Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline Manager

    • Prepare estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements, and manhour estimates, identifying software requirements and any other project-specific requirements

    • Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and maintain preferred McDermott procedures, specifications, standards, practices, and operational requirements

    • Prepare, review, and (as Lead Engineer) approve Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications

    • Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional integrity

    • Review project schedule and fabrication schedule in relation to construction sequence, milestones, and engineering scope

    • Attend project kickoff and review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings, and offshore site surveys, as required

    • Provide technical direction and review of Designers producing products related to Subsea Engineering

    • Prepare, review, and (as Lead Engineer) approve design reports and procedures

    • Assist in providing necessary design inputs to other disciplines to enable them to proceed with their deliverables

    • Assist procurement personnel in procuring Discipline equipment, materials, and services; ensuring that work produced complies with Customer objectives and procedures Procurement assistance includes preparing, reviewing, and (as Lead Engineer) approving requisitions, evaluating technical quotations, and preparing queries, compiling bid tabulations and recommendations, preparing purchase requisitions, and coordinating with Procurement to expedite vendor documents, as directed by Discipline Lead Engineer

    • Review and (as Lead Engineer) approve vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specifications and providing comments as necessary

    • Review and (as Lead Engineer) approve design verification through single-discipline check I interdisciplinary check (IDC)

    • Provide technical support to fabrication queries, including identifying defect and rectification requirements

    • Keep the Discipline Manager and Project Management Team apprised of all activities and concerns, technical, budgetary and manpower related

    • Assist in providing inputs for actual, planning, and forecasting progress reports including associated productivity

    • Check final subcontractor and vendor data manuals to ensure that all requested data has been received and approved

    • Present issues and problems to Customers in a timely manner and assist the Lead Engineer in negotiating resolution in accordance with project and company requirements

    • Perform (as required) Technical Quality Audit reviews in accordance with MDR Global Procedures

    • Assist Lead Engineer with responses to Customer and other agencies (such as certifying authorities, auditors, third parties, etc.) on their review and approval

    • Capture lessons learned and enter into MDR's Lessons Learned system

    • Capture Knowledge Objects and enter into MDR's system

    • Guide less experienced engineers on MDR and Discipline procedures, standards, worksheets, design calculations, software, requisitions, technical bid evaluations, technical queries, etc.

    • Supervise and guide assigned engineers and coordinate with project Lead Designers for Discipline engineering and design deliverables

    • Responsible for the engineering integrity of the assigned work area

    • Monitor costs of own work processes

    • Assist in the maintenance of departmental technical guidelines and standard calculation notes

    • Participate in development and maintenance of Global Procedures, Software, and Standards

    • May participate in standards development committees or task groups such as DNV and API

    • Develop communication and presentation skills (e.g., write technical papers, participate in conferences and/or seminars, present design solutions, and/or present topics at "lunch and learns"; etc.)

    • Identify and provide training to staff in specific techniques and proprietary software

    • Provide information on employee performance to the Discipline Manager

    • Assist the Discipline manager in interviewing job applicants

    • Review and (as a Lead Engineer) approve drawings and design reports ensuring technical correctness, professional presentation, and satisfaction of fabrication/installation requirements

    • Participate in Constructability Review meetings and offshore visits as required to support offshore installation

    • Act as project-based Discipline point of contact in communications and meetings with Customer counterparts

    • Ensure substantive communications are documented

    • Prepare bids and project's Discipline engineering budget and execution plans, updating as required

    • Identify project staff needs based on knowledge of individual engineers' skill sets and provide requests to the Discipline manager

    • Plan, organize, and assign tasks, responsibilities, and manhour budgets to the discipline team, and verify tasks are completed within budgets

    • Plan Discipline Level 4 detail deliverable schedule/ register compliant with the overall execution plan

    • Prepare working forecasts identifying change management plans, corrective action, and realtime schedule

    • Provide Discipline inputs for actual, planning, and forecasting progress reports including associated productivity

    • Alert the project team of any deviation from the scope or a need for a change order

    • Monitor KPI measurement results, and take corrective action as necessary to improve

    • Discipline performance, including performance at interfaces with others

    • Coordinate with other Discipline Lead Engineers and Designers to ensure timely receipt of necessary design inputs

    • Review and approve requisitions, technical quotation evaluations and queries, compiled bid tabulations and recommendations, and purchase requisitions; and coordinate with Procurement to expedite vendor documents as required

    • Lead the Discipline team during project audits (internal, Customer, and third-party technical audits) and Design Reviews

    • Review comments from Customers and other agencies on documents and drawings produced by the team, and resolve and give guidance on their update and incorporation

    • Assist the Discipline manager in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and manpower planning

    • Anticipate project engineering needs and plan accordingly

    • Coordinate with vendor for discipline-managed/procured items

    • Assist the Discipline manager and Project Engineering Manager or Project Manager in the Performance Evaluation of project team members

    Project: Lead Engineer

    Functional: Supervising Department Manager

    Liaise With: Other engineering disciplines, PMT, Client, Planning, Cost Control, Document Control, Procurement, QA,

    Subcontractors, and Vendors

    Supervises: Subsea Engineers

    Essential Qualifications and Education:

    • Minimum 10-15 years of industry experience related to SURF

    • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering

    • Familiar with the content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines as applicable

    • Knowledge of many basic design techniques and analysis methods

    • Experience related to installation engineering and analyses for subsea infrastructure including rigid pipelines, flexible flowlines, risers, and subsea structures

    • Experience with industry-standard software packages for analysis (E.g., Orcaflex, MCS Pipelay, Abaqus)

    • Experience with industry-commonly used codes and standards for subsea installation engineering and analysis

    • Good organization and communication skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
