What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare annual budgeting and budget tracking for HQ renovation projects
- Strategically plan and manage HQ office space, including vacant space, occupancy, and space efficiency
- Report on Construction in Progress (CIP) for capitalization asset to Finance
- Verify and check payment submissions related to projects
- Track and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
- Utilize the e-Procurement System to raise Purchase Requests (PR)
- Act as an I-Supplier user to claim project management fees on behalf of RHB Property Sdn Bhd
- Manage contracts related to groupwide furniture tenders
- Relevant experience in project management, space planning, or facilities management
- Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in procurement and contract management processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of office space optimization and renovation project workflows is an advantage

What Will You Do?
- Media Strategy & Campaign Ownership
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic (DV360).

- Platform & Channel Expertise
- In-depth hands-on experience with major digital channels and tools:
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, DV360
- Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Supermetrics
- Familiarity with eCommerce media and on-platform ads (Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage.
- Continuously recommend channel optimizations and test new platforms aligned with campaign goals.
- Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution
- Provide daily guidance to junior team members (if applicable) on campaign execution, QA, and optimization.
- Ensure junior-led campaigns align with strategic direction and meet performance goals.
- Support the development of juniors’ strategic thinking and executional independence.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to lead and guide junior team members.

- Request and/or generate production orders for assemblies and sub-assemblies according to the build plan requirement.
- Analyze the build plan requirement vs current capacity, escalating if there are any constraints.
- Support the forecasting process to define the overall demand plan, ensuring that the agreed upon demand plan is loaded in Rapid Response and other production planning tools to support timely production.
- Help develop new product production demand plans to support new product launches while minimizing scrap of phased out products.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Document Control, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Production Planning, Quality Assurance) to gain insights on requirements, market trends, and capacity status.
- Monitor and report forecast accuracy, implementing necessary action items to drive improvement.
- Work closely with the Operation team to track and improve the demand plan vs. capacity requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of change orders with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Distribution to ensure timely production and shipping of specific customer orders.
- Identify forecast issues, trends, and gaps, conducting analysis and discussing results with the SCM Manager, Sales, and Operations Planning.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Above 3 years’ experience within the Production and Material Planning process.
- Excellent understanding of Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Consumer Service, and Distribution.
- In-depth knowledge of demand forecasting principles and how the forecast impacts downstream business areas.
- Strong quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate word problems into mathematical equations.
- Ability to synthesize and filter inputs from multiple resources to identify key influences on future demand.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiating skills to achieve desirable results without damaging relationships.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Organizational agility, working through both formal and informal networks to gather necessary demand inputs.
- Two to Five years of experience within the Supply Chain Planning process.

Purpose of the role
To plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work to ensure the continuous airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term aircraft maintenance plans in accordance with Approved Maintenance Programs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and company requirements.
- Schedule and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages; generate and distribute man-hour plans and resource forecasts.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and company maintenance schedules, airworthiness directives, modifications, and deferred defects.
- Liaise and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks and real-time updates.
- Track, maintain, and manage accurate records of maintenance planning activities and aircraft status in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support and participate in planning meetings (weekly, monthly, pre-input, base maintenance sessions etc.) and collaborate with procurement and supply chain for availability of spares/components.
- Evaluate manufacturer technical documentation, updates, and regulatory changes, and amend maintenance plans as required.
- Conduct maintenance forecasting (manpower/tooling/material), capacity management, and reliability monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Produce technical and management reports as required and support financial documentation for invoicing.
- Observe all safety procedures and report potential hazards for prompt mitigation.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning.
- Diploma in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 year experience in CAMO/Maintenance Planning.
- Knowledge of EASA/CAA/CAMO regulatory frameworks and maintenance management systems.
- Proficient in AMOS; strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Works closely with the Operation team to track and improve the demand plan vs. capacity requirements to ensure the company is growing the capacity to meet the demand requirements.
- Works closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Distribution to coordinate the implementation of change orders, ensure production happens in a timely manner and specific customer orders are shipped on time.
- Identifies forecast issues, trends and gaps and conducts analysis. Results are discussed with theSCM Manager, Sales and Operations Planning to improve the overall S&OP process
- Performs special projects as requested.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Above 3 years’ experience within the Production and Material Planning process;
- Must have an excellent understanding of Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Consumer Service and Distribution
- Must have in-depth knowledge of demand forecasting principles, an excellent understanding of supply chain and how the forecast impacts the downstream business areas;
- Must have very strong quantitative, statistical and analytical skills; Must have strong numerate, analytical and critical thinking skills; and have the demonstrated ability to evaluate whether a result is sensible or not; Able to translate word problems into mathematical equations.
- Must have the ability to synthesize and filter inputs from multiple resources to key in on the important influences which will impact future demand.
- Must have excellent communication skills; listening, writing and speaking and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must possess very good negotiating skills where desirable results are realized without damaging relationships;
- Must have excellent Project Management skills;
- Must be organizationally agile, working through both formal and informal networks to get necessary demand inputs;
- Two to Five years of experience within the Supply Chain Planning process;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some prior experience in a continuous improvement environment
- Planning and Inventory control prior experience in manufacturing facility
- Some basic knowledge of reading English
Education:
SPM/ STPM or Diploma

Material Planning (Buyer) Responsibilities:
- Responsible for raw material replenishment, maintaining supply visibility for at least 3 months.
- Confirm delivery from suppliers for all purchase orders.
- Expedite material deliveries to support production and customer orders.
- Manage bottlenecks and allocation for materials in critical shortage.
- Ensure master data integrity in SAP and add*ONE system to enable automatic MRP planning; maintain relevant Purchasing/Vendor master data.
- Manage material auto-replenishment within warehouses via mini macro & min-max settings.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance (SSL3) and define improvement measures.
- Manage material phase-in/out due to engineering changes, product end-of-life, etc., and adjust planning accordingly.

Production Planning Responsibilities:
- Develop rough production plans (RPP) for up to 24 months.
- Level production loading according to BPS requirements.
- Convert, release, and schedule production orders based on leveling patterns.
- Ensure data integrity in production and planning systems to support accurate MRP runs.
- Align production capacity regularly with manufacturing teams.
- Monitor production output, sub-assembly progress, and customer order fulfillment.
- Drive production to meet targets and optimize SKU and sub-assembly mixes, reducing backlog.
LPV Responsibilities:
- Support NPI, new launches, and ALRs as part of the logistics team.
- Assist with samples and pilot runs.
- Participate actively in project meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely SOPs.
- Update production and delivery statuses during product launches.
- Coordinate material orders to meet lead times and execute risk orders as needed.
- Work with project buyers to ensure material readiness for ramp-up plans.
- Analyze feasibility and communicate restrictions to meet ramp-up schedules.
- Maintain MM and release pronovia timely for automatic MRP planning.
- Coordinate new material packaging and lot sizes for kanban before SOP.
Supporting Role:
- Contribute to BPS, supplier flexibility, system/process improvements, and manufacturing line flexibility.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in material planning, production planning, or procurement (buyer); experience in order management/demand planning is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
