Your Career
As a domain consultant for network security transformation, you provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey. You will be key in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer's cybersecurity partner.
Your Impact
+ Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization.
+ Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership.
+ Lead and support customer demonstrations that showcase our unique value proposition.
+ Responsible for prospective customers and partners' Technical Validation projects based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities.

**Your Experience**
+ 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE
+ Experience with L2-L4 Networking (L2 Switching architectures including Spanning Tree, VLANs/trunking, IP routing including static routes, OSPF and BGP, route re-distribution, L4 Load-balancing)
+ Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills
+ Experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
+ Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD Solutions
+ Advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies
+ This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technician (IT, Network & Security) to join our team. The role involves helping customers with computer, laptop, printer, networking, and security system issues. The position level (Junior or Senior Technician) will depend on skills and experience.



Responsibilities

Junior Technician

-Assist customers in troubleshooting and repairing PC, laptop, and printer problems.

-Perform basic software installation, formatting, and upgrades.

-Provide customer support with simple IT issues.



Senior Technician

-All Junior Technician responsibilities.

-Set up and configure network products (e.g., TP-Link, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.).

-Install and configure security systems (e.g., CCTV, NVR, IP Cameras – HIK, Dahua, Cynics, etc.).

-Troubleshoot network and security system issues at customer sites.

-Provide guidance and support to junior team members.



Requirements

-Basic knowledge of IT repair (for Junior Technician).

-Strong knowledge of networking and security systems (for Senior Technician).

-Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.

-Good problem-solving and communication skills.

-Able to work independently or in a team.



Salary

-Salary will depend on skills, knowledge, and experience level.

-Junior Technician: For candidates with IT repair knowledge only.

To manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and office systems. This role involves configuring and troubleshooting network services (DNS, DHCP), managing user access and security, and providing daily IT support to employees. The candidate will also handle email systems (Office 365), website and hosting support, and ensure proper system monitoring and documentation.



Key Responsibilities

Network Administration & Security

• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP address configurations.

• Oversee user authentication, access control, and group policy management.

• Enforce IT security policies and monitor system alerts.

Office IT & User Support

• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and user profiles.

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.

• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and switch port configurations.

Email & Communication Systems

• Configure and support Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (POP/IMAP/Exchange).

• Resolve issues related to login errors, email delivery, shared mailboxes, and MFA.

Website & Hosting Management

• Handle basic troubleshooting for website, DNS, and SSL certificate issues.

• Manage domain names, renewals, and hosting services.

• Send reminders for domain and SSL renewals.

System Maintenance & Documentation

• Monitor system logs, perform backups, and schedule patch updates.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and assets.

• Track inventory of hardware, software licenses, and network equipment.



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, Windows & Linux (desktop/server) systems.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 troubleshooting.

• Basic PowerShell scripting and general network diagnostics (ping, tracert, ipconfig).

• Familiarity with domain, email, and web hosting environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
