5. Market & User Insights

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing , marketing , or integrated marketing , preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching complex product features or campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to write and review marketing copy with clarity and precision.
  • Familiar with marketing tech stacks and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Looker/GA).
  • Strong understanding of user funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and A/B testing.

  • Experience in the Web3 industry.

  • Track and measure SEO, SEM and Google analytic metrics.
  • Digital Advertising – Work with the Pan Pacific Hotels Group Corporate Digital Marketing team and if necessary, appointed Digital Marketing Agency to compile a paid advertising strategy for the resort, which allows continuous monitoring of ROI and restructuring where necessary.
  • Support and create social media marketing strategies and campaigns that are aligned with the resort’s Sales & Marketing and Digital Marketing plans.
  • Ensure that the resort’s brand is being correctly managed and delivered on any social media platforms.
  • Submit monthly progress reports to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting.
