• Mechanical Services Design : Design ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, LPG/NG, and Swimming Pool systems in compliance with UBBL and other relevant standards.
• Project Cost Estimation : Prepare accurate cost estimates for all mechanical services in alignment with overall project budgets.
• Authority Liaison : Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of design documentation.
• Project Coordination & Meetings : Attend CCM, TCM, and coordination meetings with consultants including Architects, C&S Engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Tender Administration : Oversee the tendering process: prepare tender documents, technical drawings, reports, and participate in tender interviews.
• Construction Stage Oversight : Produce and review construction drawings; check and approve shop drawings. Attend site meetings, resolve technical/site issues, witness testing & commissioning, and liaise with authorities for inspections.
• Progress Verification & Final Account : Verify contractor progress claims and assist with final account closure after successful and defect-free project completion.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in a consulting firm, specifically in building services.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on design experience in ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary Services, Fire Protection Systems, LPG/NG, and Swimming Pool Systems.
• Familiar with UBBL and relevant local authority regulations.
• Experience in quality control, site coordination, issue resolution, and tender management.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Design and evolve the overall data architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Build efficient, secure, and reliable data pipelines using the Bronze-Silver-Gold architecture within EDL.
• Develop and orchestrate scheduled jobs in the EDL environment to support continuous ingestion and transformation.
• Implement Apache Iceberg for data versioning, governance, and optimization.
• Leverage the Medallion framework to standardize data product maturity and delivery.
• Govern metadata, data lineage, and business glossary using tools like Apache Atlas.

• Looking to hire for our Malaysian Client in Kuala Lumpur, and client is open to hire people from within Malaysia and other countries like Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Pakistan, India to move to Malaysia to join the engineering team.
• Junior engineers (2-3 years of experience)
• Sr. engineers (4+ years of experience).
• Preference off stack/technology experience:
• No preference in terms of programming language or tech stack experience because we believe an engineer can be a good engineer regardless of specific experience. Client interview process reflects that.
• Must come from top tech company with modern frameworks and languages previously
• Most engineers are fullstack, but several engineers do tend to specialize over time.
• As a Fullstack Engineer you will work on an independent product delivery team alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions focused around one of our core problems focuses such as operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex software systems scaling to millions of users with production quality deployment, monitoring, and reliability.

The candidates can start as contractors, but they will need to sign an agreement to move over to Malaysia when travel is allowed. Upon accepting the offer, we will begin the employment pass application process, and once the pass is approved and entry into the country has been granted, they will have to relocate.
