Executes various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.

Job Description
The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for full execution of all fresh and innovative graphic / promotional materials for the hotel. The role will support the Marketing & Communications team in running the daily administrative works of the Marketing & Communications department.
**Your Day To Day**
+ Formulate, conceptualise, produce and install all graphical assets for the hotel where required, with minimal supervision.
+ Creates website, online and social media graphical assets whether through illustrations, software, and/or photographs according to what is required.
+ Good and clear understanding of brand guidelines for collateral.
+ Coming up with the most appropriate creative elements (visual and assets) to be created for particular projects, along with making sure that it adheres to the hotel's brand guidelines and tone.
+ Assists with brand standards policing.
+ Maintains the brand style guide and asset library.
+ Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of artwork incorporating pagination (if necessary), artwork size, type and style, and other related aesthetic concepts.
+ Obtains approval of concept by submitting layout options.
+ Prepares finished copy and final material by operating in-house printer and similar equipment.
+ Liaise with third party printers and vendors from initial point wherever necessary and follow through the process to final delivery of product. Continues following up should there be further requirements with the third party.
+ Maintains stock control of printed collateral.
+ To shoot and produce photos, videos and footages of the necessary visual assets.
+ Create storyboards to plan out the videos and footages that need to be shot.
+ Utilise the assets to make short animations or moving images.
+ Editing videos and create motion graphics to render them into final products that can be released for public awareness.
+ Ensure that all assets and design artwork are up to standard as approved by all parties.
+ Keeps abreast of the latest trends in graphics and design.
+ Support and execute all other tasks as assigned by Director of Marketing Communications.

**What We Need From You**
+ Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Mass Communication.

+ Must be detail and deadline-oriented, communicative, able to multi-task on projects requiring differing skills sets, while maintaining high standards of work on a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Graphic Design skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, and Desktop Publishing Tools - high proficiency in graphics programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dream Weaver, Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premier Pro.
+ Ability to work on PC platform using Windows. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point).

**Summary**
The Signal and Power Integrity (SIPI) Engineer is responsible for ensuring robust signal and power integrity in high-speed digital PCB designs. This role involves early-stage planning, simulation, and analysis of PCB layouts, as well as post-layout troubleshooting. The engineer will collaborate closely with local and global cross-function design teams to identify and resolve SIPI-related issues and contribute to design reviews of critical boards.
**Detailed Description**
+ Define PCB stack-up and select appropriate materials to meet electrical performance requirements.
+ Build 3D passive channel models and perform electromagnetic extraction using advanced simulation tools.
+ Conduct signal integrity analysis during both pre-layout and post-layout phases of R&D.
+ Design and analyze multi-gigabit high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet.
+ Perform power integrity analysis on power delivery networks to ensure stable operation.
+ Generate and validate PCB layout rules; manage design constraints for layout teams.
+ Collaborate with ASIC and PCB design teams to evaluate trade-offs and optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability.
+ Work closely with R&D and signal test engineers to debug and resolve issues identified during testing and validation.
+ Participate in design reviews, providing expert insights on SIPI-related risks and improvements.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global locations to maintain design consistency and quality.
+ Document simulation and analysis results clearly for communication with design and validation teams.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
- Experience with Keysight ADS, Power DC/SI and or Synopsys HSPICE for both time and frequency domain circuit simulation.
- Experience with 3-D field solver (ANSYS HFSS, Keysight ADS and or Cadence Clarity).
- Proficiency in Electromagnetic, Transmission-line & S-parameters theory and modeling.
- Good understanding on power distribution, DDR and SerDes design.
- BSEE or related field with 3 years of applicable work experience or MSEE or related field with 1 years of experience.
- Strong written and oral communication in English with customer service skills
**Physical Demands**
+ Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
+ Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
+ Occasional travel may be required.
**Typical Experience**
+ 2 to 3 years of related experience; Experience in similar job roles

Bachelor/Master degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Detailed Description**
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ **Product Design and Development** o Collaborate with Technical Leads to design and implement technical solutions in multiple market segments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world-class products in highly regulated markets.o Familiar with EE development processes & workflows to realize products on a PCBA and product/system level.o With the relevant technical competencies, execute product realization from conceptual stages all the way through manufacturing transition.o Support the development of technical proposals for customers, providing technical solutions to realize concepts and estimating associated labor and material costs required.
+ **Continuous Learning and Innovation** o Always staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices to contribute to the advancement of design best practices, procedures, quality, efficiency or the acquisition of new capabilities within the organization.o Passionate about solving complex issues and innovating under tight project requirements.

+ Digital controller design that covers MPU / MCU/ FPGA / GPU
+ Storage and memory device interfaces
+ Familiar with various digital interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, LVDS, SerDes etc.
+ SI & PI simulation and validation
+ Proficient with schematic & layout design tools (KiCAD, OrCAD, Cadence Concept/Allegro, Altium Designer)
+ A good understanding of product EMC, Safety & Environmental compliance requirements is an added advantage.
+ Hands-on experience in firmware development is an added advantage.
