ZAMAN CITY — Designing Civilization for the Future
Zaman City is a long-term development initiative under Zaman Holdings, an integrated ecosystem of 14 companies spanning education, media, finance, consultancy, humanitarian work, and urban development.
Our mission is to design and build cities that redefine how humanity lives, works, and grows — from the way neighborhoods are structured to how economies, education, and welfare intertwine.
⸻
About the Project
Zaman City is not just an architectural or property development project.
It is a living framework for civilization — one that can be replicated across nations, rural communities, and even future frontiers such as Mars.
We aim to pioneer sustainable, affordable, and intelligent urban living, guided by the Basic Necessities Blueprint and the Balanced Economy Blueprint — frameworks designed to ensure that every individual has access to food, shelter, safety, and purpose.
Our goal is to make this a model that governments, institutions, and communities can adapt globally — to rebuild lives, strengthen societies, and spark economic regeneration.
⸻
Architectural and Design Vision
Zaman City invites architects, urban planners, engineers, and developers who want to break conventional limits and explore new frontiers of design and functionality.
We're creating an environment that:
• Integrates energy-efficient architecture and cooling systems adapted to tropical and temperate climates.
• Employs modular, scalable, and minimalistic construction models — enabling faster, cleaner, and more cost-efficient development.
• Balances residential warmth and corporate functionality — with seamless transitions between homes, workplaces, and shared community spaces.
• Encourages creative expression in material, space, and form, while maintaining timeless, elegant simplicity.
Think of the harmony and precision of Apple Park, the innovation of BIG's urban design, and the sustainability ethos of Toyota's Woven City — all unified under a spiritual, human-centered vision.
⸻
For Investors and Strategic Partners
We welcome visionary investors, property developers, and institutional partners who recognize the growing global need for sustainable and affordable housing solutions — and want to be part of a scalable, ethical, and high-return movement.
The opportunities ahead include:
• Land development partnerships
• Sustainability and smart-city technology integration
• Corporate campus and residential development investments
• Long-term returns through global replication of the Zaman City model
This is an investment not just in infrastructure, but in the future of civilization itself — where purpose and profitability align.
⸻
The Vision Beyond
Zaman City will serve as the headquarters for all Zaman Holdings subsidiaries — an integrated hub where education, business, welfare, and innovation coexist.
Our ecosystem ensures every component supports the others:
• Qudwah Foundry — business consultancy and strategy
• Share A Word — Islamic and ethical education
• Zaman Institute — professional development and certification
• Zaman Exchange — financial education and empowerment
• Zamanah — human development and ethical employment
• Zaman Impact — NGO and humanitarian support
• The Guided Post — media, storytelling, and thought
• …and several others contributing to this vision of a balanced, self-sustaining society.
⸻
Join the Founding Circle
We are assembling a Founding Circle of professionals and pioneers:
• Architects, Engineers, and Urban Planners
• Developers, Builders, and Sustainability Experts
• Investors and Financial Partners
• Policy Designers and Thinkers
At this stage, roles are voluntary as we form the foundation — but future arrangements may include equity, dividends, stipends, or salaried positions as the project grows.
