ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
- Provides reward analysis and design for Group Reward Delivery team, and the wider Group Reward team.
- Support Reward Process Leads and Reward Managers to conduct analysis and provide initial technical solutions for top-down & bottoms-up demand plans.
- Support top-down & bottoms-up demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial design to provide fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to Group Reward Delivery team.
- Proactively gathering relevant data from internal (Markets &/ Centre) and external reward providers
- Conduct detailed analysis as part of reward investigations / enquiries initiated by Group Reward Delivery Team
- Present analysis and initial proposals clearly and creatively
- Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data
- Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure that a consistent approach is undertaken.
- Support robust and accurate reward delivery reporting with initial insights/commentary as input to
- Relevant governing bodies at a regional, central and/or functional level
- Legislative reporting for pay equity (i.e., gender pay gap reporting)
- Develop and maintain reward delivery tools and templates, and
- Train GBS on tools and templates, when required.
- Collaborate with GBS in the deployment of system improvements in-line with changes to reward policies.
- Support RAD Process Leads in the development of reward capability and communication materials.
- Support ad-hoc requests for reward analysis to aid decision-making and process management for the wider Group Reward team.
- Participate in reward projects as part of an agile team as and when assigned.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Generalist Reward experience is highly beneficial.
- Possess a university degree, with additional relevant qualifications or certifications being advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding execution skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Reward Experience Proficient in applying reward practices and tools to design solutions aligned with global reward and HR strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Project Management Skilled in managing own deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project milestones, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders for feedback and input.
- Engagement/Consultancy Actively engage with Reward Process Leads and Reward Managers to drive collaboration and consensus.
- HR Service Delivery Capable of coaching GBS Reward on reward processes and governance, and adept at identifying areas for process enhancement.
- Extensive experience in reward consultancy or operating reward on a regional scale.
- Specific expertise in areas such as external benchmarking, pay range and policy design, etc.
- Proven track record in navigating complexity and delivering results on time and in full within complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.
- Previous experience collaborating closely with reward consultants at one of the major survey houses.

Based in our KL Accounting Center, you will be supporting the Company’s US GAAP financial reporting , working closely with business and operational stakeholders.
About The Role
- ensuring projects established in SAP with the appropriate approval, monitoring the projects for timely capitalization, accurately recording revenue associated with Sale of Equipment projects, handling intercompany project billing, intercompany asset transfer, capital leasing projects, accurately recording fixed assets.
- ensuring US and local book Fixed Assets subledger of all SAP entities in Air Products are maintained properly.
- supporting Global Megaprojects review.
- supporting M&A projects and SAP data migration related to projects and fixed assets.
- posting of journal entries, and analysing reports, and
- balance sheet reconciliations and reviewing.
- Coordination with other finance, business, and operation departments to process transactions and review master data, including project cost review, differentiating capital versus expense, estimating asset useful life, analysing depreciation trend etc.
- Support Team Lead to solve the issues or handle the complex issue in Project and Fixed Assets realm, identify the potential exposure and work on remediation plan.
- Support Team Lead to provide process support with the goal of streamlining and simplifying accounting processes while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. Seek the chance of automation.
- Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
- Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Other duties assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of working experience in audit in Top 10 audit firm with CPA/ACCA (or equivalent membership); additional finance-related working experience in MNC with SAP knowledge is a plus; Or, at least 4 years of working experience in shared service.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong desire to learn, independent initiative, customer focus, adaptability to change, and a proven ability to effectively analyze and solve the problems in the daily operation.
- Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards.
- Additional automation skill (eg: Qliksense, Qlikview, BW, Phython, Macro etc) is a plus.

Based in our KL Accounting Center, you will be
supporting the Company’s US GAAP financial reporting , working closely with business and operational stakeholders.
About The Role

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent) At least 3 years of working experience in audit in Top 10 audit firm with CPA/ACCA (or equivalent membership); additional finance-related working experience in MNC with SAP knowledge is a plus; Or, at least 4 years of working experience in shared service. You will be part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence focusing on SAP O2C (Order to Cash) Operations Support
This position is open for candidates with a business background who have a strong desire to learn about ERP software and join the SAP CoE
In this position, the candidate will develop her/his expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), GTS (Global Trade Services) and the integration with other SAP Modules such as P2P (Procure to Pay), D2R (Demand to Replenishment) and RTR (Record to Report).
In this role you will be required to gather and analyze Business requirements for improvements and implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, adhering to SAP standard and to the PPG SAP S/4 Global template
You will be supporting existing sites using O2C and GTS. This includes solving open incidents, performing analysis, proposing solutions and follow the deployment process until Production
You will liaise remotely with a number of colleagues across the globe
Within a matrix organization you will report to SAP CoE Operations O2C Lead, APAC
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area especially in Sales Order Fulfillment Process.
More than 12 working experiences in PPG SAP CoE

A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required

You will be part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence working on SAP eWM implementation projects and operation support. You will lead role for the multiple S/4 rollouts in APAC region. You are required to have expertise in SAP eWM module such as Inbound processing, Storage and operations, Outbound processing, Production Staging and Transit Cross-docking Warehousing and integration with Inventory Management and Material Management. You will report to the D2R Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to the D2R Operations Lead, APAC
Key Responsibilities
Involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of S/4 Hana deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies.
Define detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG's Global Template Requirements.
Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution.
Involvement and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).·
Develop and support knowledge transfer documentations and process.
You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)
You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning·
You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible
Qualifications
Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required·
Min 10 years' experience with process knowledge of SAP S/4 eWM, IM and MM modules and of end-to-end business processes within supply chain, manufacturing and warehouse distribution management
Played a Consultant role in some SAP S/4 implementations for these modules.
Mandarin Speaking.
Experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP S/4 modules
Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents ABAP basics (be able to debug) would be advantageous

Purpose Statement:

Your Role
As a Senior Associate Consultant, Financial Planning, Data, and Analysis, you will use your professional knowledge and experience with accounting and finance fundamentals, leading assignments, coordination with clients, and service delivery to optimize operational efficiency and client experience.
Reports to our senior executives leading the professional consulting services provided to the portfolio of IPO assignments that we advise
Critical skill sets include strong fundamentals developed from your prior training either in corporate finance / reporting accountants / external audit (of corporates)
The core features of this role would involve quantitative analysis and reporting, financial modeling and analysis, provide investment decision support and conduct business reviews providing performance insights, analyze and maintain the profitability level of business units / division / branch, cash management and treasury related functions
Your ability to work well with other professional and client team members in ensuring timely deliverables is crucial to job success
Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis on output arising from periodic reporting cycles and management reporting data points
Support budget management and reporting processes
Monitor KPI performance of businesses and perform ad-hoc analysis
Analyze, control and communicate sales, projects, and margin
Maintain data accuracy, alignment and meaningfulness for commercial financial decision making and KPI reporting
Gather and consolidate operational sales data
Support analysis of costs and potential benefits of sales and marketing campaigns
Manage the reporting of weekly / monthly sales data, collaborate with commercial team to deliver sales forecast
Participate in budgeting process, providing financial data insights and observations
Support ad hoc projects within the business with the aim of constant improvement of efficiency of the reporting processes
Gain trust and respect with internal team members through sound analysis, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics or equivalent
Relevant professional qualification such as MIA, ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW, etc. (both fully qualified and semi qualified welcomed to apply)
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ finance experience, ideally within an FP&A team
Understanding of financial analysis and controlling techniques
Analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Superior Excel skills
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
Good communication and coordination skills
Flexible approach to work and evolving organizational priorities
Prior experience with modern accounting technology such as QBO / Xero / NetSuite / SAGE300 / PowerBI / Tableau / StoreHub relevant to this role is an added advantage
Experience of working in professional assignments, in a professional Firm setting is an added advantage
Advantageous if you also possess one or few of the following:
Self-driven and possess inclination towards use of technology for professional services
Open to learning new technical knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Possess competent working knowledge with softwares and advanced MS Word, MS Excel
Possess complete / fully qualified accounting qualification
Additional Notes:
Being a position based with our consulting team, you would be working with our internal senior executives, while serving our portfolio of pre / post IPO clients. You shall be assigned to work from both our physical office (based out of KLCC / Pavilion KL area) and the clients’ office as the situation requires.
