The Opportunity
EY is seeking a passionate Cyber OT (Operational Technologies), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security and / or IoT expert to join a world leading practice focused on protecting mission critical systems and national critical infrastructures. This role is a critical part of an operational service to protect some of the world’s leading organizations from Cyber threats that span more than just IT. The successful candidate will work closely with the local & regional cyber leadership. The candidate is expected to possess strong knowledge and skills on OT/ICS security
As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in OT Cyber security, you will support in preparing solutions for moderately complex projects - or for elements of highly complex projects – also you will be supporting client presentations and in designing proposals and be engaged in on-site and off-site delivery.
Drawing on your skills and experience, you will contribute to creating innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. In addition, you will support the packaging of overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products.
As a respected consultant/senior consultant, you will communicate effectively with EY’s engagement managers, directors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead comprehensive assessments of OT systems, networks, and assets to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Manage key engagement metrics and finances
- Design and oversee the implementation of advanced security policies and strategies tailored to the unique needs of OT environments.
- Foster the integration of OT and IT security practices to create a unified defense architecture.
- Champion training and development programs to elevate security awareness and best practices across client organizations.
- Engage with clients at a strategic level, delivering exceptional service and identifying new avenues for EY to provide value.
- Keep a pulse on industry developments and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within EY's OT security offerings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in OT security, with a proven track record of leadership in this domain.
- Professional certifications such as GICSP, IEC 62443, CEH, CISA, OSCP, CISSP,or CISM are highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic thinker with a resourceful mindset, adept at navigating complex challenges and driving team performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management
- Plan, implement, and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and data centers.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in alignment with HQ policies.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks based on local and HQ guidelines.
- Monitor for and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
- Ensure compliance with both local (e.g., PDPA) and global data protection laws, in alignment with Group IT governance.
- Full Stack Development
- Oversee frontend and backend application development across in-house and outsourced teams.
- Champion secure, scalable, and maintainable coding practices.
- Ensure integration and system interoperability with Group platforms where required.
- Strategic Planning & HQ Alignment
- Align IT strategy with both local business goals and HQ digital transformation roadmap.
- Act as the key liaison with Group IT in Korea, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and execution of corporate IT directives.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs to HQ and local management.
- Team Management & Vendor Oversight
- Lead and mentor local IT teams across infrastructure, development, and security functions.
- Drive team performance, talent development, and culture of innovation.
- Manage third-party vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, PMP, Agile Scrum Master.
- 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in:
- Infrastructure and network management

- Full stack application development (.NET, React/Vue.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL)

Job Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management Plan, implement, and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and data centers. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in alignment with HQ policies. Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Cybersecurity & Compliance Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks based on local and HQ guidelines. Monitor for and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches. Ensure compliance with both local (e.g., PDPA) and global data protection laws, in alignment with Group IT governance. Full Stack Development Oversee frontend and backend application development across in-house and outsourced teams. Champion secure, scalable, and maintainable coding practices. Ensure integration and system interoperability with Group platforms where required. Strategic Planning & HQ Alignment Align IT strategy with both local business goals and HQ digital transformation roadmap. Act as the key liaison with Group IT in Korea, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and execution of corporate IT directives. Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs to HQ and local management. Team Management & Vendor Oversight Lead and mentor local IT teams across infrastructure, development, and security functions. Drive team performance, talent development, and culture of innovation. Manage third-party vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor service delivery.
Education
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, PMP, Agile Scrum Master.
Experience
8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record in: Infrastructure and network management Cybersecurity policy enforcement Full stack application development (.NET, React/Vue.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL) HQ-level reporting and stakeholder management (preferably with Korean MNCs)
Skills
Strong communication and reporting skills, including to international/HQ stakeholders. Strategic mindset with hands-on technical capability. Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you will lead the cyber security engagements and projects for our client. They may include implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business. You will belong to an international connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience.
You will have a responsibility for:
- Working across a portfolio of cyber engagements with our clients, reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, responsible for the day to day completion of engagements and projects
- Working with team members you will create high quality reports, ready for review by a Manager or Senior Manager
- Where possible, you will identify opportunities for EY to assist our clients further and escalate these potential areas to the engagement manager
- Working with the engagement manager you will assist with the planning and delivery phases of engagements
- Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material
You will be responsible to deliver one or more of the below:
- Perform security risk and controls assessments and/or penetration testing to evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, impact, risk and security issues to Business.
- Assist client in evaluating, enhancing or developing, and managing their:
- Cybersecurity Management programs including technology controls, process controls, and governance, risk and compliance elements
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management programs
- Data Protection and Privacy management programs
- Threat and Vulnerability Management programs
- Security Incident Detection and Response management programs
- Identity and access management programs
You are expected to:
- Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Demonstrate technical, risk capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer/ electrical engineering, information technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of recent relevant work experience in information security or information technology discipline, preferably in a technology consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization or professional services firm
- Experience in client service delivery and be able to manage multiple engagement teams and projects
- Related professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISM, etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Good project management skills
- Experience in coaching and supervising junior team members
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, independent with good problem solving skills
- Proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, strong analytical and able to work under pressure
- Analytical, Advanced report-written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
