Human Resources Executive | Talent Acquisition | HR Generalist

Job Summary

Responsible for safeguarding the organization’s digital assets by implementing and maintaining security measures to protect against cyber threats. This role involves monitoring systems, responding to incidents, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of security awareness across the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR or industry specific regulations.
• Conduct regular security policy reviews and updates
• Monitor and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/ prevention systems and secure network access and identify network traffic for unusual activity
• Detect, investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely containment and remediation.
• Perform regular vulnerabilities scans using tools and penetration testing.
• Prioritize and implement security patches to address known vulnerabilities.
• Enforce secure configuration across systems and baseline settings across all platforms and devices.
• Manage user access rights, including onboarding/offboarding procedures and enforce least privilege access.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for audits (internal or external). Track and resolve audit findings and compliance issues effectively.
• Work closely with legal or compliance teams on data protection regulations.
• Track and remediate audit findings or compliance gaps.
• Protect sensitive information using encryption techniques and DLP solutions
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends and technologies.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Contribution on any Security related project and assignment.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/ Degree in IT Cybersecurity or certify in any Security certificate
• 3-5 years working experience in IT Security
• Working experience specialise in network and security will be added advantage
• Familiar with Windows OS, Networking, Firewall and any others security tools
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, Zero Trust)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge with cloud security (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of endpoint protection tools
• Understanding of server virtualization

The Opportunity

EY is seeking a passionate Cyber OT (Operational Technologies), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security and / or IoT expert to join a world leading practice focused on protecting mission critical systems and national critical infrastructures. This role is a critical part of an operational service to protect some of the world’s leading organizations from Cyber threats that span more than just IT. The successful candidate will work closely with the local & regional cyber leadership. The candidate is expected to possess strong knowledge and skills on OT/ICS security

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in OT Cyber security, you will support in preparing solutions for moderately complex projects - or for elements of highly complex projects – also you will be supporting client presentations and in designing proposals and be engaged in on-site and off-site delivery.

Drawing on your skills and experience, you will contribute to creating innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. In addition, you will support the packaging of overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products.

As a respected consultant/senior consultant, you will communicate effectively with EY’s engagement managers, directors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead comprehensive assessments of OT systems, networks, and assets to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Manage key engagement metrics and finances
• Design and oversee the implementation of advanced security policies and strategies tailored to the unique needs of OT environments.
• Foster the integration of OT and IT security practices to create a unified defense architecture.
• Champion training and development programs to elevate security awareness and best practices across client organizations.
• Engage with clients at a strategic level, delivering exceptional service and identifying new avenues for EY to provide value.
• Keep a pulse on industry developments and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within EY's OT security offerings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in OT security, with a proven track record of leadership in this domain.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, IEC 62443, CEH, CISA, OSCP, CISSP,or CISM are highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic thinker with a resourceful mindset, adept at navigating complex challenges and driving team performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management
• Plan, implement, and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and data centers.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in alignment with HQ policies.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks based on local and HQ guidelines.
• Monitor for and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
• Ensure compliance with both local (e.g., PDPA) and global data protection laws, in alignment with Group IT governance.
• Full Stack Development
• Oversee frontend and backend application development across in-house and outsourced teams.
• Champion secure, scalable, and maintainable coding practices.
• Ensure integration and system interoperability with Group platforms where required.
• Strategic Planning & HQ Alignment
• Align IT strategy with both local business goals and HQ digital transformation roadmap.
• Act as the key liaison with Group IT in Korea, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and execution of corporate IT directives.
• Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs to HQ and local management.
• Team Management & Vendor Oversight
• Lead and mentor local IT teams across infrastructure, development, and security functions.
• Drive team performance, talent development, and culture of innovation.
• Manage third-party vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor service delivery.
  
  

Education

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, PMP, Agile Scrum Master.
  
  

Experience

• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in:
• Infrastructure and network management
• Cybersecurity policy enforcement
• Full stack application development (.NET, React/Vue.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL)
• HQ-level reporting and stakeholder management (preferably with Korean MNCs)

Job Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management Plan, implement, and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and data centers. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in alignment with HQ policies. Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Cybersecurity & Compliance Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks based on local and HQ guidelines. Monitor for and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches. Ensure compliance with both local (e.g., PDPA) and global data protection laws, in alignment with Group IT governance. Full Stack Development Oversee frontend and backend application development across in-house and outsourced teams. Champion secure, scalable, and maintainable coding practices. Ensure integration and system interoperability with Group platforms where required. Strategic Planning & HQ Alignment Align IT strategy with both local business goals and HQ digital transformation roadmap. Act as the key liaison with Group IT in Korea, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and execution of corporate IT directives. Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs to HQ and local management. Team Management & Vendor Oversight Lead and mentor local IT teams across infrastructure, development, and security functions. Drive team performance, talent development, and culture of innovation. Manage third-party vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor service delivery.

Education

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, PMP, Agile Scrum Master.

Experience

8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record in: Infrastructure and network management Cybersecurity policy enforcement Full stack application development (.NET, React/Vue.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL) HQ-level reporting and stakeholder management (preferably with Korean MNCs)

Skills

Strong communication and reporting skills, including to international/HQ stakeholders. Strategic mindset with hands-on technical capability. Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

As a Senior Associate, you will lead the cyber security engagements and projects for our client. They may include implementation of security solutions for our clients and support the clients in their desire to protect the business. • Working across a portfolio of cyber engagements with our clients, reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager, responsible for the day to day completion of engagements and projects
• Working with team members you will create high quality reports, ready for review by a Manager or Senior Manager
• Where possible, you will identify opportunities for EY to assist our clients further and escalate these potential areas to the engagement manager

• Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material

• Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.

• Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

• Experience in client service delivery and be able to manage multiple engagement teams and projects
• Related professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISM, etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Good project management skills
• Experience in coaching and supervising junior team members
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, independent with good problem solving skills
• Proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, strong analytical and able to work under pressure
• Analytical, Advanced report-written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
