Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the protection of Celestica assets and to respond to alarms, emergency situations and to assist employees with security issue as part of our mission to provide a safe work environment.
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate access to all areas of the facility for both employees and customers.
- Resolves potential physical security issues and dangers.
- Controlling daily security operations including incident investigation, property passes, loss prevention, and all administrative duties required at the site.
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management and operations.
- Understanding of environmental, health and safety regulations (local and government)
- Good organization and project management skills.
- Ability to evaluate problems and refer to higher levels for solutions.
- Able to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers.
- Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
- Duties may require extended hours of standing and walking.
- Three to five years relevant experience.
- High School or equivalent (basic numeracy and literacy).

In the early phase, the individual will spend more time supporting the Solana ecosystem but will expand to others like Cronos/Cronos zkEVM.
Responsibilities
- Understand DApps and ability to deploy/maintain/monitor smart contracts in Solana/EVM
- Develop an understanding of all supported blockchains and an in-depth knowledge of a select few blockchains
- Research new blockchains supported by the organization
- Stay up to date with software upgrades and other critical blockchain changes.
- Share (verbal/written) blockchain/DApps knowledge with internal teams including Engineers, DevOps, Sales, Product Manager and Customer Success team.
- Troubleshoot and triage blockchain specific alerts and issues
- Strong client service in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environments
- Past job experiences in supporting applications in a 24/7 environment
- Good knowledge of blockchain and its ecosystem and how protocols interact with each other and DApps

Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out the daily deployment duties and specified tasks at the different duty points.
- Smile & Greet all incoming and exiting patients/visitors
- Assist to open/close arriving/departing vehicles at the front lobby
- Proactive assistance to arriving/departing patients/visitors (wheelchair, trolley etc)
- Provide directional assistance by assisting in taxi call services, wheelchair/portering coordination
- Ensure smooth flow of vehicles on the road, in the carparks and coordination of taxi flow and service
- To assist in the efficient running of, and in all matters relating to car park management.
- Ensure and administer Key, Card Access Control & Administration and Contractor Management (Pass issue)
- CCTV review and recording
- Incident Management (E.g fire, emergency activation)
- Attending to Code Black Triggers (Violent Patient, Crowd Control, Suicide, Crime etc)
- Foot Patrol (Internal & External)
- When tasked as 2nd I/C, Security Officers will assist the Senior Security Officers/Supervisors in the deployment and management of the duties and tasks during
- To render security, support for ad-hoc situations – e.g. VIP visits, emergency situation, etc.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum PSLE and above
- Preferably minimum 2 years of security officer experience
- Good team player and customer oriented.
- Able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends / PH

The Project Management TeamOpenZeppelin is seeking an experienced, customer-facing Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering on time to join the Security Research team and take ownership of the entire security audit delivery process. This person will work closely with other constituencies across the organization including the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
What you'll be doing- Own and nurture relationships with OpenZeppelin’s client base.
- Respond to inquiries from existing customers, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Establish trusted relationships with each client to drive continued value from our products and services.
- Ensure that clients' technical needs are met and exceeded.
- Follow up on client interactions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead client kick-off meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all communications throughout the delivery process.
- Manage scope creep by utilizing a structured change order process, ensuring project scope remains controlled and clearly defined.
- Evaluate and escalate issues to management as necessary, facilitating prompt and effective resolution.
- Oversee the entire end-to-end process of client deliveries, including final review and coordination of publishing.
- Collaborate with Security Research team leaders to manage and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor team performance against key metrics, such as resource utilization and allocation, to ensure optimal efficiency and project success.
- Automate and enhance the delivery process using our internal tools (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot) to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect or similar roles.
- An advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written).
- Technical experience with blockchain technologies, Solidity/Rust, or cybersecurity.
- Passion about the blockchain space and decentralization.
- You have a technical background and are comfortable with reviewing code at a high-level for estimation purposes and code management tools (GitHub especially).
- Superb organization and project management skills with the ability to work on and manage multiple complex projects with many stakeholders at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients on both technical and non-technical topics.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and familiar with Notion, Linear and GitHub.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, distributed team.
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc).
Advanced knowledge of GitHub.
PMO or other people management experience.
Demonstrated experience working with professional services scheduling software.
