Job Description

• Lead and manage security personnel to ensure optimal performance, operational efficiency, and effectiveness across key areas including Manufacturing Plants, Tooling facilities, Warehouses, and Dormitories.
• Oversee security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, guard management, and physical security equipment, ensuring functionality and adequate staffing at all times.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced security guards, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Monitor the attendance and appearance of security guards, ensuring compliance with uniform and hygiene standards.
• Supervise and train the guarding security and other personnel assigned to protective service duties, as necessary.
• Assist the Security Manager to implement Mattel procedures to protect the assets in compliance with Mattel Global policies and procedures and compliance with all local, state, and federal applicable laws.
• Ensure the security program aligns with company priorities and supports departmental objectives.
• Oversee the access badge control system, including the preparation and management of employee badging activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and operational systems to ensure compliance with company policies. Take immediate corrective actions when deviations or deficiencies are found.
• Review all security incident reports, identifying and addressing potential issues to be addressed.
• Assist in and conduct preliminary investigations on security incidents, including breaches, brand protection, intellectual property concerns, theft, and workplace violence.
• Conduct post-incident analysis to identify the root cause and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Coordinate security activities with relevant departments to support the security awareness program.
• Support and participate in any internal or external audits related to security, supply chain, or any other relevant audits.
• Ensure departmental security complies with relevant security standards and requirements set by the company.
• Assist and develop security measures for restricted access products to meet business needs. Handle special projects involving RAP security.

  • Supports and administers organizational security plans and operations.
  • Executes procedures and processes to provide physical protection for personnel and company property and meet required codes and regulations.
  • Compiles data for loss control and accident reports.
  • Supports and conducts internal investigations in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintains records, manuals and documentation.
  • For companies with government contracts, coordinates and administers security clearances and other security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense or appropriate agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage manufacturing plant security operations and responsible for safeguarding company assets and employees.
  • Supervise guarding security staff in conduct of their daily duties according to security operating procedures.
  • Report to LMM Security Manager on developments and issues affecting the site security operations.
  • Monitor, verify and follow up on the shift report and security incident reports.
  • Responsible to manage security system operation, maintenance, and planning for system enhancement (CCTV and Card Access system).
  • Carry out special project to improve security procedures and security effectiveness of the company/department.
  • Carry out any other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the LMM Security Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of Security Systems (Logical & Physical Access Control, Electronic security systems etc.).
  • Good written and verbal English skills along with local language fluency.
  • Willingness to provide on-call management support, including nights, weekends, and holidays (if needed).
  • Demonstrated ability to implement consistency in policies and procedures across a site.
  • Define and monitor metrics in line with AOP (annual operating plan) objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills and professional level of emotional intelligence necessary to achieve the desired objective deliverables.
  • Skill in decision making and problem solving in the absence of LMM Security Manager.
  • Stakeholder management, both within and various organizations of the company.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
  • Solid presentation, Excel and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably a former member of law enforcement, military, or similar government service.
  • Preferably has position applicable certifications (APP, PSP).
  • Preferably has a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Provide proper paperwork to employees.

Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Description

  • The Security Operations Analyst is responsible for operating and maintaining FWD's security infrastructure, focusing on network and cloud security. This role includes managing security tools such as F5 WAF, Firewall, and IPS, as well as producing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for network security operations. The analyst will also report and manage monthly security metrics, ensuring delivery of IT security services to country business units according to agreed scopes and service levels.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain FWD security infrastructure on network and cloud security.
  • Provide support for F5 WAF, Firewall, IPS, and cloud security.
  • Report and manage monthly security metrics.
  • Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for network security operations.
  • Ensure delivery of IT security services to country business units according to agreed scope and service levels.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure security operations can be audited.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts, including the Head of Group Security Operations, other group security functions, Country Business Information Security Officers, auditors, security vendors, and service providers.
Required Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and influential skills to enable the implementation and enforcement of security operations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of applications, systems, and networking technologies with an understanding of their implications on data security.
  • Good understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends.
Required Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in security operations, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM.
  • Regional experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure. You will be working closely with the Senior Network Engineers and other IT professionals, on relevant projects, and ensure that the network keeps running with no constrains to our clients.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Support and implement complex network solutions to meet business needs

  • Configure and manage network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring optimal network performance and availability

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the network and its integration with other systems

  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and users at various levels within the organization

To be successful you will have:

  • Min 3 years of multivendor network/security hands on experience

  • Knowledge with multivendor network design, Fortinet/Aruba is desirable

  • Knowledge on WiFi network solutions implementation and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPN, and access controls

  • Knowledge on network automation and IaC concepts will be a plus

  • Responsible, structured, proactive and solution-oriented working

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications & education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Vendor based certifications will be a plus (CCNA, CCNP, ACSA, ACSP, NSE4, DevNet)
