* be responsible for security surveillance, incident investigation & report
* be responsible for emergency response plan, emergency response team set up and related training; support crisis management & contingency planning
* stake holder management
* establish and maintain close working relationship with Batu Kawan & District Police & relevant agencies & authorities
**Other Responsibilities**
* support Facilities Manager for Penang sites, act as overall back up and on-site manager at the primary office location for facilities management activities

+ Familiarize with all restaurants, locations and their operation times in order to direct guests to the most convenient route to their destinations.
+ Take the initiative to usher guests into available elevators and assist with the selection of levels. (About 10 guests each time).
+ Specially assist elderly, children and the disabled.
+ Be alert of drunkards, the incapacitated and the people who accompany them.
+ People who are excluded from pornography or other illegal activities should be monitored closely.
+ When suspicious people enter the elevator, promptly inform CCTV and relevant departments to pay attention, preventing unauthorized visitors from entering the rooms.

+ Dissuade guests from carrying hotel property to prevent the loss of goods in public areas.

+ Pay attention to the corridor of the 2F Banquet ballrooms and remind guests not to leave their children to play along the banisters.

The Security Team Leader assists the Security Supervisor in guiding the Security Officers on duty to ensure that hotel work procedures and inspection work is carried out correctly. The role should cover the daily work of the Security Supervisor in his / her absence.
**What will I be doing?**
As the Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and team members.
+ Familiarize with and check hotel fire equipment and fire evacuation passages.
+ Ensure Security Guards report maintenance issues to the Engineering department promptly as recorded during their patrols.
+ Familiarize with each department's work procedures, security knowledge and emergency procedures, supervising each position's professional knowledge and work standard.
+ Conduct random bag inspections of team members entering and leaving the building.
+ Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets from being removed without proper authorization.
+ Arrange escort services for team members carrying cash, where required.
+ Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that there are no loiterers in the hotel premise.
+ Professionally examine team members' work knowledge, discipline and responsibilities.
+ Convey and carry out the department's work arrangements and training plans.
+ Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, sufficient clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads.
+ Take appropriate action to resolve guests' complaints, communicating professionally and effectively with guests.
+ Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
+ Ensure a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in your work area.
+ Maintain a professional appearance up to Hilton standards, demonstrating good attitude and behaviour at all times.
+ Interact with team members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
+ Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, Hilton code of conduct and the hotel's team member handbook.

**OVERVIEW**
The Local Information Security Advisor (ISA) has the task to establish and drive Information Security (InfoSec) according to all relevant policies and guidelines on behalf of the InfoSec Officer (ISO) and the Regional InfoSec Manager (ISM).
By that the ISA has an essential role in the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
The Location Management commits itself to the InfoSec guidelines and targets and actively supports the InfoSec organization by appointing a ISA.
**The ISA:**
+ Works in close cooperation with all relevant local departments as well as with the Regional Security Manager (ISM).
+ Participates regularly in local management meetings.
+ Participates annually in a regional InfoSec Workshop organized by the ISM.
+ Supports all related local projects in order to ensure InfoSec conformity.
+ In the event of substantial deficiencies or severe incidents endangering the security of company information, the ISA must inform and escalate accordingly to relevant policies.
**Responsibilities on local level:**
Support responsible management in the appointed location(s):
+ Drive and monitor the implementation and usage of the existing ISMS (Information Security Management System) according to policies and guidelines as well as to business and customer requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, 8th European Directive, BSI).
+ Conduct and ensure regular trainings, provision of information and advice of all employees, managers and third parties.
+ Drive the appropriate classification of company proprietary information and adequate handling.
+ Conduct or support risk management activities (i.e. risk assessments, business impact analysis).
+ Monitor the development and maintenance of local emergency- and contingency plans.
+ Advise in all local aspects of identity- and authorization management.
+ Drive secure collaboration and integration of business partners.
+ Drive, track, and report detection and remediation of vulnerabilities.
+ Monitor and control the effectiveness of InfoSec projects and implemented measures.
+ Drive usage of InfoSec processes and tools including documentation.

**Qualifications**
