The Information Security Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee complex cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and risk management to align with business objectives and executive leadership's expectations. Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Manage project resources, schedules, and financials, adhering to stage gate quality, SDLC control guidelines, and Agile methodology. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Deliver multiple projects under tight schedules. Manage cybersecurity projects to ensure timely, within scope, and budget delivery. Understand cybersecurity domains and processes. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and propose mitigation strategies. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Prepare project status reports. Manage day-to-day project activities and chair project management team meetings. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution, including risk management, resource allocation, and project scheduling. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into program processes. Required Skills

Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Strong competency in Microsoft collaborative platforms including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Required Qualification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience inrisk management, finance, or investment-related fields .
• Prior experience in risk reviews or risk-based audits is essential.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, CFDs, Forex, or cryptocurrency trading.
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5, cTrader, or other trading platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge or experience in equity or futures trading is preferred.
• Familiarity with trading platforms is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including market open/close times.

The Project Management Team

OpenZeppelin is seeking an experienced, customer-facing Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering on time to join the Security Research team and take ownership of the entire security audit delivery process. This person will work closely with other constituencies across the organization including the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.

What you'll be doing

• Own and nurture relationships with OpenZeppelin’s client base.
• Respond to inquiries from existing customers, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
• Establish trusted relationships with each client to drive continued value from our products and services.
• Ensure that clients' technical needs are met and exceeded.
• Follow up on client interactions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead client kick-off meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all communications throughout the delivery process.
• Manage scope creep by utilizing a structured change order process, ensuring project scope remains controlled and clearly defined.
• Evaluate and escalate issues to management as necessary, facilitating prompt and effective resolution.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end process of client deliveries, including final review and coordination of publishing.
• Collaborate with Security Research team leaders to manage and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor team performance against key metrics, such as resource utilization and allocation, to ensure optimal efficiency and project success.
• Automate and enhance the delivery process using our internal tools (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot) to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

You have

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect or similar roles.
• An advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written).
• Technical experience with blockchain technologies, Solidity/Rust, or cybersecurity.
• Passion about the blockchain space and decentralization.
• You have a technical background and are comfortable with reviewing code at a high-level for estimation purposes and code management tools (GitHub especially).
• Superb organization and project management skills with the ability to work on and manage multiple complex projects with many stakeholders at the same time.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients on both technical and non-technical topics.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and familiar with Notion, Linear and GitHub.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, distributed team.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc).

• Advanced knowledge of GitHub.

• PMO or other people management experience.

• Demonstrated experience working with professional services scheduling software.

The Project Management Team

OpenZeppelin is seeking an experienced, customer-facing Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering on time to join the Security Research team and take ownership of the entire security audit delivery process. This person will work closely with other constituencies across the organization including the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.

What you'll be doing

• Own and nurture relationships with OpenZeppelin’s client base.
• Respond to inquiries from existing customers, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

• Ensure that clients' technical needs are met and exceeded.

You have

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect or similar roles.
• An advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written).
• Technical experience with blockchain technologies, Solidity/Rust, or cybersecurity.
• Passion about the blockchain space and decentralization.
• You have a technical background and are comfortable with reviewing code at a high-level for estimation purposes and code management tools (GitHub especially).
• Superb organization and project management skills with the ability to work on and manage multiple complex projects with many stakeholders at the same time.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients on both technical and non-technical topics.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and familiar with Notion, Linear and GitHub.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, distributed team.

• Bachelor Degree - University degree or equivalent in the field of Statistics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance or Accounting and Finance is an advantage.

• Preferably with experiences in risk management.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good statistical modeling skills.
• Good communications and writing skills.
• Programming skills in SAS would be an added advantage.

The Head of Risk Management is responsible for leading PayNet’s enterprise risk strategy, with a dual focus on internal risk exposure and risks arising from the broader financial ecosystem. Enterprise and Operational Risk Management

• Oversee the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of internal risks across business lines, systems, infrastructure, and key processes.
• Establish and maintain risk management systems and tools, including Governance, Risk & Compliance systems, risk & control registers, scenario models, and key risk indicators that reflect both internal controls and ecosystem dependencies.

Ecosystem and Interconnected Risk Oversight

• Identify and monitor risks introduced by PayNet’s ecosystem—banks, e-wallets, merchant acquirers, third-party processors, etc. — whose risk could potentially directly or indirectly impact the reputation and resilience of PayNet’s services.
• Develop frameworks to assess the risk profiles of participants and 3rd party providers, including incident spillover, concentration risks, and interdependencies.
• Engage proactively with ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen shared resilience, service continuity, and coordinated risk responses.

Risk Culture and Capability Building

• Champion a risk-conscious culture across the organization, embedding accountability and ownership at all levels.
• Build and mentor a high-performing risk team, equipping them with tools and methodologies to support advanced risk analytics, monitoring, and reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement in risk processes through automation, data-driven insights, and strategic alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
