The Opportunity
The Transaction Monitoring team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Transaction Monitoring Specialists to support investigations into all payments that flow through the Railsr ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review transaction monitoring and fraud alerts in order to identify potential suspicious activity
- Conduct Financial Crime investigations and make risk based decisions to minimize risk exposure to the business
- Make recommendations to the business to adapt processes and transaction monitoring systems to counter new threats and emerging trends
- Liaise with the Customer Success team and other members of the Anti-Financial Crime team to handle urgent cases and prioritise based on SLA expectations
- Screen Business Customers and End-users for PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media
- Review and assess quality and accuracy of KYC information collected for business customers, including complex, multi-layered corporate customers
- Assist with ad-hoc project work where required
Your Profile
- Minimum of 3+ years’ of related experience with a financial services institution in a financial crime or compliance role
- Knowledge of the UK and EU AML/CFT regulatory framework is a must
- Conducting end-to-end investigations
- Experience writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Experience conducting FinCrime investigations within a regulated environment
- A quick learner who enjoys challenging work
- Fluency in more than one language is preferable, strong English skills is a must
- A strong background in using basic IT platforms
- You are a team-oriented person
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to talk easily to people at all levels of your organisation.

As a key member of the Collaboration and Video Support Team, you will help design, implement, and provide support for collaboration services and infrastructure. Including Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Poly, Zoom, and other unified communications technology with a strong focus on video conferencing technology. Working directly with multiple teams and vendors to identify and resolve challenges within the video support team. This is a great opportunity to liaison with other technical teams to provide technical and tactical solutions to address future needs for both on-premises and remote conferencing technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environment, and infrastructure.
- Must have extensive knowledge of video conferencing endpoint equipment. This includes the configuration and operation of Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Poly Endpoints.
- Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings.
- Manage AV/ VC Townhall, operate complex AV equipment in Media rooms, Cafeterias including AV desk, Camera switching, streaming services etc.,
- Provide video conferencing event planning production packets consisting of logistics, test plans, configuration drawings, and other necessary information working with other cross-functional teams.
- Utilize the existing management-tracking tool ServiceNow for all related incident tracking, service tickets, and change requests.
- Follow defined processes and ensure that the processes are adhered to by the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including RMA’s, and hardware/software issues.
- Maintain currency and provide recommendations for new technologies.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Process service requests within the Video and Event Services area.
- Adhering to SLAs and maintain maximum uptime for the video conferencing environment and event services.
- Conduct equipment audits, as necessary.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users, the IT Video Team, Executives, and IT management.
- Create internal and end-user documentation for supported architecture and operations.
- Produce Run of Show documents, attendance reports, IT equipment readiness checklist and other items for Audio Video production team.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects accordingly.
- Mentoring/Training team members.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Typically has 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
- Experienced in A/V Design, budget, and project management.
- Experience with Zoom Webinar, Qumu, Zoom Meetings, Teams Meetings, Cisco WebEx, Pexip, CVI and other industry-standard meeting platforms.
- Advanced technical knowledge of how-to setup, install, troubleshoot, and connect audio visual equipment including cameras, microphones, projectors, and monitors.
- Basic understanding of networking and network protocols.
- Extensive experience with MS Office including Visio.
- This person is expected to work in rotational shifts that this team services - Morning, General Shift and rarely weekend or late-night shifts
- The person is also expected to support during weekends/public holidays if there are critical/maintenance activities planned during these days.

Lalamove is looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to support our Risk team in Hong Kong. The role entails driving analytics insights and enabling senior leadership to make effective, analytically driven decisions, in particular areas of fraud risk and financial efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about logistics and e-commerce, has a strong analytical and consultative mindset, deep understanding of risk strategy methodology and design, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines, and a passion for scaling operations through automation.
What you’ll do- Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify significant risks and controls in Lalamove’s systems
- Monitor, review, and communicate the impact to the Risk team of future initiatives, including new products, changes to existing products, and major business initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like customer support, marketplace, business development, data science, engineering, payments, and product to launch and monitor fraud prevention controls
- Review the financial impact of fraud incidents, understand root cause, and design preventative controls
- Design, evaluate, test, and implement risk rules to counteract fraud patterns and reduce fraud losses
- Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of rules and make adjustments or deprecations as needed
- Be intensely data driven in prioritizing and evaluating the results of all work
- Be bold! Develop insights using data and research to create a risk control system that deters fraudulent behavior while providing a positive experience for Lalamove users.
- Proficient in SQL
- Proven track record of applying analytical/statistical methods to solve real-world problems using data
- Mandarin speakers are preferred as this role will be working closely with Hong Kong and China counterparts.

Lalamove is looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to support our Risk team in Hong Kong. The role entails driving analytics insights and enabling senior leadership to make effective, analytically driven decisions, in particular areas of fraud risk and financial efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about logistics and e-commerce, has a strong analytical and consultative mindset, deep understanding of risk strategy methodology and design, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines, and a passion for scaling operations through automation.
What you’ll do
- Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify significant risks and controls in Lalamove’s systems
- Monitor, review, and communicate the impact to the Risk team of future initiatives, including new products, changes to existing products, and major business initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like customer support, marketplace, business development, data science, engineering, payments, and product to launch and monitor fraud prevention controls
- Review the financial impact of fraud incidents, understand root cause, and design preventative controls
- Design, evaluate, test, and implement risk rules to counteract fraud patterns and reduce fraud losses
- Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of rules and make adjustments or deprecations as needed
- Be intensely data driven in prioritizing and evaluating the results of all work
- Be bold! Develop insights using data and research to create a risk control system that deters fraudulent behavior while providing a positive experience for Lalamove users.
- Proficient in SQL
- Proven track record of applying analytical/statistical methods to solve real-world problems using data
- Mandarin speakers are preferred as this role will be working closely with Hong Kong and China counterparts.
