Alpro Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about performance marketing, SEO, and web analytics . If you love running ads, experimenting with creative ideas, and using data (and even AI tools!) to improve results, this role is for you.
You’ll be hands-on with our digital campaigns — driving traffic, boosting ROAS, lowering CPC, and growing our e-commerce sales. This is a chance to be part of a dynamic marketing team in one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing healthcare retail groups.
- Run and manage online ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to get more traffic and sales.
- Adjust ads daily (budgets, audiences, creatives) to improve ROAS and reduce CPC.
- Create new ad ideas and test which designs, videos, or copy perform best.
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT and other ad platforms) to generate insights, ad copy, and keyword ideas.
- Implement SEO strategies (keywords, content updates, page optimization) to boost website traffic.
- Track campaign and website performance using GA4, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Suggest improvements to landing pages and the e-commerce funnel to increase conversions.
- Work with content creators, designers, and the e-commerce team to align campaigns with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages, and scale winning versions.
- Explore new tools, platforms, or ideas that can help us reach more customers effectively.
