Job DescriptionExperian is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support high-performing Scrum teams while also handling light administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and many more).

- 8 year's experience, with +5 years of experience in leading Scrum Teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-level global organization.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, and leading Scrum of Scrum and PI plannings sessions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Pass Malay Language including an oral test at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, which is recognized by the government.
- For the IT Project Manager role, a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and software project implementation, with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, is required.
- For the IT PM/Scrum Master role, a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and implementing projects using Agile/Scrum practices is required, along with strong skills in project monitoring and tracking.
- Completion of at least 5 end-to-end project lifecycles (from inception to operations).
- Recent exposure (within the last 5 years) to digital channels, operations, ERP, core investment, or fund systems/solutions.
- Project Management and Scrum Master certifications are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle models and in-depth knowledge of both traditional and agile project management principles and practices.
- Ability to coordinate and plan sprints around business requirements, cultivating Agile values and principles.
- Experience with Agile frameworks or methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with requirement gathering through user stories, prioritizing, facilitating workshops, and documentation.
