What you'll be doing
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

- About 90% voice in Indonesian & Mandarin + 10% chat/email in English.
What we're looking for
- At least Diploma with experience.
- Requires good English skills, and excellent in Mandarin and Indonesian speaking.
