The Process Control Manager is responsible for ensuring strong process governance across business process in warehouse and finished goods (FG) operations, inventory control activities, and site control for component, product, and scrap movement, ensuring compliance with intellectual property (IP) controls.   • Implement and oversee the deployment of Global Industrial and Systems Engineering standardization systems that support the F3 initiatives.
  • Standardize methodologies and processes for labor and equipment capacity analysis within Industrial Engineering to promote consistency and efficiency across operations.
  • Establish standardized Industrial and Systems Engineering applications to analyze manufacturing resources, for e.g. standard time, space and layout design processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and installation planning.
  • Drive the standardization of processes related to standards management, resource optimization, and productivity performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, systems engineering, operations engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in engineering roles.
  • Ability to guide and lead projects in alignment with business initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex situations across multiple areas within the industry.
  • Must be able to support different time zones and demonstrate willingness to provide on-site mobility support as needed.
