Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management) Consultant to join a full-cycle S/4HANA implementation project for a leading client in the Palm Oil industry. The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing CTRM solutions to support commodity trading, pricing, logistics, and risk management specific to palm oil operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP CTRM workstream during the full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.

• Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.

• Commodity Pricing & Valuation

• Physical & Derivative Trades, Logistics, and Scheduling

• Settlement and Integration with Finance

• Ensure integration of CTRM with GTM, SD, MM, TM, EWM, and FI/CO.

• Collaborate with development teams for RICEFW design and testing.

• Manage UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

• Train business users and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in CTRM/Commodity Management.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA CTRM (or SAP Commodity Management).

• Prior experience in the Palm Oil industry is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of commodity lifecycle management – trading, risk, logistics, and settlement.

• Hands-on expertise in commodity risk reporting, exposure management, and hedging processes.

• Integration experience with SAP GTM, SD, MM, TM, EWM, and FI/CO.

• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agriculture/Agri-commodities industries (Palm Oil, Edible Oils, Soft Commodities).

• Exposure to Commodity Risk Analytics and Derivatives Trading.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our innovative IT consulting team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse and logistics operations for our diverse client portfolio.

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Design and configure SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, inventory management, and RF framework.
• Develop and manage functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide expertise in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM) and third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of SAP EWM processes.

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.

The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.
The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsible tasks is to perform regular System refresh & Client copy from heterogeneous systems under tight project timelines.
• Responsible for daily system health check & performance tuning of worst performing SAP Jobs.
• To work with development team to understand the application requirements from software and infrastructure point of view and suggest / implement the suitable system environments.

• Facilitating Promotional Tasks (SIT-UAT-PRD).

Position Summary

We are currently seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultants with Mandarin language proficiency for a long-term support engagement in Malaysia. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders and requires strong functional expertise and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA FICO modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including interface-related challenges
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
• Apply SAP Activate methodology in solution delivery
• Ensure high-quality documentation and communication in both English and Mandarin

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations and 2 support projects
• Strong understanding of SAP Financials and Controlling business processes
• Proven ability to work independently in client-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Experience with SAP SD module is an added advantage

Job Title: SAP FIORI Consultant

Job Responsibility

DIGITAL is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant covering FIORI for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to all ROCKWOOL operating companies (OPCOs).

Location: SBJ

Responsibilities include:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FIORI applications specifically tailored for SAP EWM.
• Work closely with EWM team to gather requirements for warehouse management processes and develop FIORI solutions to streamline operations.
• Develop and configure FIORI applications for EWM such as inventory management, goods receipt from production, order picking, and shipping.
• Collaborate with ABAP team to ensure seamless integration of SAP FIORI applications with SAP EWM, other SAP modules and external systems like WCS (Warehouse Control System) and Automated warehouses.
• Configure SAP FIORI Launchpad, tiles, and user roles specific to SAP EWM functionalities.
• Provide FIORI support for EWM service (2nd line of Support): Solving incidents / service requests and request for Change (RFC) across the globe within agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Work on Global RFCs (Estimate the costs / benefits, Support group design of the solution, Optimize group solution based on Business requirements).
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to utilize SAP FIORI applications effectively in warehouse operations.
• Ensure that FIORI applications are aligned with SAP standard best practices for SAP EWM processes.
• Prepare relevant and agreed Template documentation (functional and technical specifications) related to SAP EWM FIORI applications.

Organisation

Due to international organisation, main work is done remotely from SBJ office but travels could happen (travel content around 20% of the time) for EWM projects.

Qualifications and/or experience

• Proven experience as an SAP FIORI Consultant or SAP UI5 Developer for EWM solution.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FIORI architecture and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in the development and configuration of SAP FIORI apps.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration with FIORI applications.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad and tile configuration.
• Familiarity with SAP Gateway, OData services, and FIORI/UI5 technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with FIORI apps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Good communication and people skills – experience dealing with users from various nationalities.
• Experience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projects.
