SME with focus on Technology in ERP/IT. This position is a Global Position and individual contributor.

Areas of
responsibility :

System Engineer with a focus on optimizing and maintaining the technical setup to be with the latest technologies. Responsible for the background jobs, system performance, load balancing, vulnerability handling and technical support.

Administration tasks include user admin, client admin, backup, installation, configuration, maintenance (LCM), and Roadmap updates, including System Landscapes.

Responsible for upgrades of Business Applications within the ERP suite. Experienced in Change Management and adhering to Good Documentation Practice.

Participate in the Project with a focus on Technologies and Best practices.

Due to the significant number of stakeholders based in Europe, it is essential that we provide adequate support and availability during European time zones. As a result, candidates should be prepared to work during European hours at least a couple of times per week to ensure effective collaboration and support for vendors and stakeholders in that region. This flexibility is a key requirement for the role and will help maintain seamless communication and service delivery across Europe.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this job, you most likely have a consultant or solution architect profile within ERP and have knowledge of IT applications – preferably M3 as ERP. If you are not familiar with M3 you will receive thorough training in our internal systems.

Additionally, you can balance and align varying interests of stakeholders and can build successful relationships across functions.

Lastly, you are customer minded and a strong team player with excellent communication skills in an international context.

You have good analytical skill and the ability to balance and align the interest of stakeholders.

Due to the significant number of users based in across the world, it is essential that we provide adequate support and availability during different time zones. As a result, candidates should be prepared to work late hours at least a couple of times per week to ensure effective collaboration and support for stakeholders in that region. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or a related field & discipline.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in in ERP consultancy
  • Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex solutions.
  • Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Understand the need to work cross-functionally, and global.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Your role and responsibilities

The Solution and Delivery Lead is the cornerstone to Service Delivery Excellence. The Solution and Delivery Lead ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the client, delivery organization, vendors, and subcontractor organizations and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive client satisfaction. The Solution and Delivery Lead works with the PE and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations with regard to assigned IBM delivery team operations and provides account leadership to the service delivery team to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables. The Solution and Delivery Lead manages cost, schedule, and service deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. He/she supports the PE in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability, owns service delivery quality, and is responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment/objectives.

The Solution and Delivery Lead may also perform the lead Service Delivery Manager role where appropriate to a client account. - Fulfill process requirements and avoid unauthorized change execution.

- Manage Account Compliance

- Ensure day-to-day service operations communications are delivered to the client.

- Provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams involved in service delivery.

- Develop and present client reports.

- Support Account planning/strategy.

- Support Proposal development for account including qualification of new business opportunities

- Continually identify ways to reduce costs, enhance service and process quality.

- Monitor and manage service delivery performance of Subcontractor/third party.

- Provide input to and help deliver transition plans.

- Support the PE in the management of contract change and service-related issues.

- Provide appropriate account-specific information to service suppliers.

- Attend joint agreed IBM/business/Project team meetings, as appropriate

He/she supports the PE in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability, owns service delivery quality, and is responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment/objectives. This includes management of the client operational relationship, client satisfaction, managing the cost model, supplier management, compliance posture, reporting and task management of the account delivery team Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise - Manage the day-to-day Service Delivery operations and act as an interface between Delivery and the client account Project Executive (PE). - Achieve agreed Account satisfaction targets; participate in the Account Satisfaction process to drive improvements in service quality. - Assist clients in the achievement of their key business imperative. - Follow standard Service Management processes and adopt tools as appropriate. - Contribute to GP target for the client account. - Assist PEs in the identification of business growth opportunities. - Manage incidents as key success factor. Ensure adequate communication with client and Delivery Partner in any major incident. Perform "Exec Alerts" as defined. - Fulfill process requirements and avoid unauthorized change execution. - Manage Account Compliance - Ensure day-to-day service operations communications are delivered to the client. - Provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams involved in service delivery. - Develop and present client reports. - Support Account planning/strategy. - Support Proposal development for account including qualification of new business opportunities - Continually identify ways to reduce costs, enhance service and process quality. - Monitor and manage service delivery performance of Subcontractor/third party. - Provide input to and help deliver transition plans. - Support the PE in the management of contract change and service-related issues. - Provide appropriate account-specific information to service suppliers. - Attend joint agreed IBM/business/Project team meetings, as appropriate ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to SAP users.
Resolve SAP Basis-related incidents, problems, and change requests escalated to the SAP Service Desk team.
Monitor and manage security access and violations.
Perform user management tasks such as user and role creation and maintenance.
Maintain system health by monitoring performance and logs.
Collaborate with the SAP Service Desk, SAP Applications Development Support, and SAP Function/Applications Support teams to ensure services meet SLAs.
Participate in and assist with SAP Basis enhancements and projects as required.


Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in SAP or other ERP technical support environments; open to fresh graduates.
Knowledge of Windows or Unix/Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with SAP ERP, Solman 7.0 or higher, HR, HANA, BW, BPC, and Portal systems is an advantage.
Ability to keep abreast of SAP technology advancements and developments, and utilize new technology effectively.
Structured problem-solving skills to quickly evaluate problems, identify root causes, create action plans, assess impacts, and develop resolution options.
Experience supporting system upgrades and patching.
Familiarity with support technologies such as call logging software, ticketing tools, and knowledge bases is desirable.


Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
