Job Brief

Plan and control resources effectively to meet organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to Senior Executive and Assistant Manager of PSI Planning.
  • Plan for stable production capacity based on demand and supply gap analysis in every weekly planning.
  • Forecasting demand trend based on historical data and market trends.
  • Follow up and monitoring production daily progress to ensure production plan achieve.
  • Ensure the production lines running smoothly and efficiently to meets company targets.
  • Monitor production process and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or changes in production priorities.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with related departments in any changes of production plan schedule.
  • Immediate plan adjustment necessary during production disruptions and productivity problems.
  • Ensure on-time delivery by keeping track of each customer order status until it is shipped.
  • Timely update shipment ETD to customer side with coordination of shipping members.
  • Monitor and review inventory level from time to time to ensure optimum inventory level which been set.
  • Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management.
  • Implement and achieve KPI under PSI Planning group by following Division Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and RBA.
  • Responsibility for dealing securely with any information they have access to in the course of their duties.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma and above
  • Experience: 1 year working experience in related field
  • Skill: Production Planning, MS Office, Stock Management, Logistics Management, SAP
  • Language: English is a must. Mandarin or Japanese speaking is an advantage.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for NPI production planning and fulfillment, including the required changes to loading plans up to managing daily NPI shipments in a timely fashion.
  • Work closely with assigned Technical Program Managers (TPM) to ensure readiness is done prior to WO creation/ Release.
  • Manages Non-standard requirements prior to NPI loadings to minimize impact to line.
  • Daily monitoring of WIP performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
  • Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall MRP is driven correctly.
  • Timely release of DN based on Shipment Matrix from TPM.
  • Working with and drive cross functional teams to accomplish KPI targets e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance and MLT.
  • Responsible to work with cross functional teams on ECO/ Quality/ Rework excursions.
  • Responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting for KPI areas.
  • Initiate & Drive improved Busiess or system process(es) to close gaps for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • BS/ BA degree or equivalent with 1 or more years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with good command of English
  • Experience of SAP, I2, Oracle and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites & Mathematics, especially in the Area of Statistics/Analysis,

Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders such as Business & Services, Technologists, and Operations to stay informed on industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of plant operation experience in refinery, steam cracker, or petrochemical industries.
  • 7-10 years in production planning, scheduling, or performance analysis, with skills in simulation or optimization tools like LP or Crude Assay Manager.

    **Job Description**
    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
    + Responsible for NPI production planning and fulfillment, including the required changes to loading plans up to managing daily NPI shipments in a timely fashion.
    + Work closely with assigned Technical Program Managers (TPM) to ensure readiness is done prior to WO creation/ Release.
    + Manages Non-standard requirements prior to NPI loadings to minimize impact to line.
    + Daily monitoring of WIP performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
    + Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall MRP is driven correctly.
    + Timely release of DN based on Shipment Matrix from TPM.
    + Working with and drive cross functional teams to accomplish KPI targets e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance and MLT.
    + Responsible to work with cross functional teams on ECO/ Quality/ Rework excursions.
    + Responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting for KPI areas.
    + Initiate & Drive improved Busiess or system process(es) to close gaps for continuous improvements.
    **Qualifications**
    REQUIRED:
    + BS/ BA degree or equivalent with 1 or more years of related experience.
    + Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with good command of English
    + Experience of SAP, I2, Oracle and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an added advantage
    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites & Mathematics, especially in the Area of Statistics/Analysis,
    + Understanding of Business or Manufacturing Operations & Knowledge of Supply Chain
    + Basic Knowledge for Data Visualization

    **Job Description**
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    + Acting as Subject Matter Experts (SME) supporting production planning SAP/MES System/Auto Scheduling & Dispatching system such as troubleshooting and enhancement.
    + Leading production planning virtual factory improvement projects initiated by SDSM/SDSS plant.
    + Focal point to provide solution architecture, implementation, testing, change management and hyper care of new automation process in production planning.
    + Support all activities related to system change, auto scheduling & dispatching logic and new planning process.
    + Work closely with order fulfillment, IPPC and planning support team to review process and ideas/recommendations for improvement and optimization using automation.
    + To take lead in auto scheduling & dispatching logic design, implementation and business flow definition.
    + Collaborate with automation team on setting automation improvement project priorities.
    + Proactively analyze data to determine opportunities to improve automation KPI.
    + Supports automation manager to meet plant automation timeline and KPI.
    + Supports digital twin simulation to improve the ARV efficiency and utilization.
    + Provide training and technical support to production planning team in system or process related issues.
    + Any other tasks that assigned by supervisor from time to time.
    **Qualifications**
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/ Others.
    + 5 or more years of related experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning.
    + Experiences in supply chain and order management are additional advantages especially in production control & scheduling.
    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
    PREFERRED:
    + Preferably with hands-on experience in SAP module in PP (Production Planning) and MES system.
    + Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
    SKILLS:
    + Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.
