Position Summary

The role of the Primary Support Engineer, SAP Logistics SD/MM (Remote Malaysia), involves providing remote support for mission-critical SAP applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, supporting client architectures, and supporting implementations for clients using R/3 4.x, ECC, and S/4 HANA environments.

Language and location: Thai language proficiency and English are required; location is Malaysia. Willingness to travel onsite for end-user training in Thailand.

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving complex customer issues through methodical troubleshooting based on SAP knowledge.
• Working closely with customers to understand needs and support business changes.
• Providing remote functional support and training for SAP modules, supporting customizations, and sharing best practices.
• Developing fixes for critical defects, creating scripts for data issues, managing key accounts, and collaborating with team members.
• Translating training documents into Thai, conducting onsite end-user training, and supporting go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP logistics experience, especially with SD/MM modules, including hands-on support.

• Deep functional knowledge of order management, shipping, billing, inventory, procurement, and related processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, customer focus, and ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred skills and experience include:

• Consulting experience and familiarity with localizations.

SAP Functional - Field Logistics for Oil & Gas professionals design, implement, and deploy SAP Field Logistics solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

A professional at this position level within Accenture is expected to:

Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems

Understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team objectives

Use sound judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance for more complex challenges

SAP Functional - Field Logistics for Oil & Gas

professionals design, implement, and deploy SAP Field Logistics solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

A professional at this position level within Accenture is expected to:

Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems

Understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team objectives

Use sound judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance for more complex challenges

Interact primarily with direct supervisors and may engage with peers, client stakeholders, and Accenture management

Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance

Make decisions that may impact their immediate team

Manage small teams and/or contribute to individual workstreams within client environments or internally at Accenture

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Define the data requirements and structure for SAP Field Logistics applications

Model and design the data architecture and integration strategy to support logistics operations in remote Oil & Gas environments

Ensure effective alignment of the logistics and warehousing processes with business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse and inventory management, including physical inventory processes

Qualifications

Align with the demand’s specific requirements. Example:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields

5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Field Logistics, preferably in Oil & Gas projects

Proven end-to-end implementation experience with SAP Remote Logistics Management

Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our innovative IT consulting team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse and logistics operations for our diverse client portfolio.

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Design and configure SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, inventory management, and RF framework.
• Develop and manage functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide expertise in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM) and third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of SAP EWM processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and configurations.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and recommend best practices for warehouse and logistics management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant with 2+ full-cycle implementations and expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA EWM functionalities.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities such as RF framework, warehouse structure, and labor management.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP EWM and other modules like MM, SD, and TM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
• SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA is an advantage.
