Some Key Responsibilities:-

– Support Cost Engineer, Team Lead Cost Engineering, Project Services Lead, Project Finance Manager in submitting WBS request for any update or new requirement.
– Inform Cost Engineer when WBS is ready for use.
– Responsible to enter cost estimates into SAP & phase it.
– Responsible to run SAP cost report to check that cost estimates are correctly entered and phased.
– Support Cost Engineer in preparing project monthly cost reports and monitoring the budget.
– Responsible to update expenditure phasing in SAP to reflect schedule changes where required.
– Responsible to create an external/internal activity element under the relevant network activity. Provide a meaningful description to the element.

Requirements:-
– Min. 10 years industry experience in SAP administration positions.
– Min. SPM or equivalent experience.
– User of SAP PS/PM Modules.

Provide a meaningful description to the element. • Responsible to release network activity, in order to create Purchase Requisition (PR). • Responsible to prepare VOWD template for cost engineers using SAP reports. • Support Cost Engineer to calculate accruals for the month using VOWD template and feedback from engineers for respective packages/services. • Ensure the approved email, VOWD report and supporting documents are properly kept for audit trail. • Responsible to verify invoices and process payment timely. • Responsible to update accrual SE in SAP after obtaining the approval. • Support Cost Engineer to verify tariff units (internal charges) provided by Service Providers. • Responsible to carry out confirmation of actual work in SAP for relevant work centers and activities. • Support Project Finance Manager to check the posted financial cost to the projects for e.g. allocated cost, JV & CAT3 cost. • Responsible to analyse actual cost report and explain to Cost Engineer on the variance. • Support Cost Engineer to retrieve various cost reports from SAP or PB7. This position requires excellent client services and technical skills; expertise with architecture, design, and implementation of information security software, identity and access management system, or enterprise software, and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with customers to design solutions involving information security and compliance needs on SAP
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and development expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or enterprise-wide deployment
• Leading the integration effort and owning the system and data integration architecture for SAP
• Install and configure NextLabs software at client premises
• Research and implement new functionality of NextLabs SAP Data Security Product Suite for customer implementations

• Develop unit test plans and create test cases based on customer landscapes

Requirements

• BS Degree in computer science or engineering or higher
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Have a good understanding of SAP best practices
• Must be hands-on with RICEFW development and ABAP New syntax as needed to support project timelines and objectives
• Must have solid experience in ABAP development with good understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, PP, QM, FI and SD
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model
• Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA is a huge plus
• Experience with Java based development is a plus
• Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
• Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications is a plus
• Experience with Data Masking, Data Anonymization techniques is a huge plus
