  • We seek Functional SAP professionals who possess deep skills and experience, and any SAP module are welcomed.
  • Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals and. Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.


  • Must have Skills :

  • SAP HCM Organizational Management, SAP HCM On Premise ABAP


  • Basic Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP
  • Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations including functional and technical knowledge on IBP demand, Supply, Inventory and S&OP; modules
  • Ability to travel to client sites (local or overseas)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HCM Functional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Core HCM module, with experience in requirements gathering, configuration support, data analysis and system testing. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultant(s), data and integration teams to support Core HCM functionalities that enhance employee lifecycle management, workforce administration and organizational structure management. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HCM Functional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Core HCM module, with experience in requirements gathering, configuration support, data analysis and system testing. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultant(s), data and integration teams to support Core HCM functionalities that enhance employee lifecycle management, workforce administration and organizational structure management. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.

    Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in gathering business requirements for Core HCM processes and document them accurately
  • Support functional consultants in translating business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions
  • Assist in the configuration of Core HCM business processes, including employee records, job management, and organizational structures.
  • You may also be required to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
  • Help maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules, such as Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
  • Support the Functional Consultant in preparing test cases, executing system tests, and documenting results to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Assist with end-user training by supporting the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing user support.


  • Required Qualifications:


  • relevant years of experience working with Workday Core HCM or similar HRIS systems.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and business teams, to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes and basic configuration tools is preferred
  • Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans is preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration (a plus).

Job Description As part of the Global HRIS team, the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and will act as an individual contributor, responsible for the design and the implementation of the Human Capital Management systems and is responsible for transforming operational HR processes to become automated and data-driven. This position will be responsible on a global basis to digitalize hire to retire and administrative processes in the company, partnering with different stakeholders in HR function to make HR systems a real advantage. The HCM system expert will also ensure high standards in terms of data quality and efficiency of operations, updating / delivering processes and tools. He / She will also ensure the organization is well-trained and improving in terms of data literacy, acting as a liaison between HR business and group HRIS / IT when it relates to system development or system integrations. Main Responsibilities: Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms Leverage technical knowledge to provide best solution to HR practitioners Designing and implementing digital HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals Leveraging digital and mobile tools to redesign HR programs Designing a digital workplace that enables productivity, uses modern communication tools, and promotes engagement, wellness, and a sense of purpose HR system expertise: Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrity Ensure secure access to confidential data Perform data audits to identify and address data issues Increase data awareness across the organization Support enablement of data driven decision making for the business Ensure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection laws Standardizing processes and data aligned with industry best practice, to provide a common, consistent foundation to support HCM processes for organizational effectiveness Formalizing and institutionalizing a data governance framework: creating common set of data definitions and focus on data quality Act as a point of reference between Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiative in his / her scope Analyze requests / changes received from the region to ensure global process are well adopted in the region, addressing regional specificities Be an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the region Experiences: 5+ years prior experiences on configuring and administering HCM systems (preferably Workday and PeopleDoc) Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills Experience with HR digital transformation projects An experienced professional in HRIS project implementation A solid knowledge of the HR function and HR processes, and you have a high digital dexterity with tools and new technologies Experiences in managing data (also confidential) and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS Excel Work on multi-country or global scopes and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams Passionate in digitalization and digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve employee experience and overall deliver better services Need to be self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Languages: French/Spanish/Portuguese are an added advantage Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ HR Management or related field of study What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work available (not applicable to all roles) Pension contributions Access to Training and Development Access to Concierge Partnerships Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.     We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HCM Functional to join our team.     Key Responsibilities

    Assist in gathering business requirements for Core HCM processes and document them accurately

    Support functional consultants in translating business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions

    Assist in the configuration of Core HCM business processes, including employee records, job management, and organizational structures.

    You may also be required to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards

    Help maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules, such as Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.

    Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.

    Support the Functional Consultant in preparing test cases, executing system tests, and documenting results to ensure proper system functionality.

    Assist with end-user training by supporting the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing user support.

    Required Qualifications:

    relevant years of experience working with Workday Core HCM or similar HRIS systems.

    Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and business teams, to ensure seamless process integration.

    Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes and basic configuration tools is preferred

    Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans is preferred

    Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration (a plus).

    Hiring: SAP OTC Senior Consultant – Malaysia (Client Location) | New Era Technology

    Client Location: KL, Malaysia

    Company: New Era Technology – Type: 12 MONTH CONTRACT

    About the Role:

    New Era Technology is looking for experienced SAP OTC Senior Consultant to be deployed at our prestigious client in Malaysia at their KL office.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in SAP SD.
    • SAP O2C senior consultant to be part of Regional O2C team to lead Design, Test, Support.
    • Candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in O2C process, SAP S/4 system understanding alongside hands on experience with API and testing with strong facilitation, communications and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Nationality: Malaysians preferred. Open for all nationalities who are willing to work onsite in Malaysia
    • Availability: Candidates who can join max in 30-60 days.
