Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP
Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations including functional and technical knowledge on IBP demand, Supply, Inventory and S&OP; modules
Ability to travel to client sites (local or overseas)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Job Description As part of the Global HRIS team, the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and will act as an individual contributor, responsible for the design and the implementation of the Human Capital Management systems and is responsible for transforming operational HR processes to become automated and data-driven. This position will be responsible on a global basis to digitalize hire to retire and administrative processes in the company, partnering with different stakeholders in HR function to make HR systems a real advantage. The HCM system expert will also ensure high standards in terms of data quality and efficiency of operations, updating / delivering processes and tools. He / She will also ensure the organization is well-trained and improving in terms of data literacy, acting as a liaison between HR business and group HRIS / IT when it relates to system development or system integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultant(s), data and integration teams to support Core HCM functionalities that enhance employee lifecycle management, workforce administration and organizational structure management. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering business requirements for Core HCM processes and document them accurately
Support functional consultants in translating business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions
Assist in the configuration of Core HCM business processes, including employee records, job management, and organizational structures.
You may also be required to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
Help maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules, such as Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.
Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
Support the Functional Consultant in preparing test cases, executing system tests, and documenting results to ensure proper system functionality.
Assist with end-user training by supporting the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing user support.
Required Qualifications:
relevant years of experience working with Workday Core HCM or similar HRIS systems.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and business teams, to ensure seamless process integration.
Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes and basic configuration tools is preferred
Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans is preferred
Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration (a plus).

Client Location: KL, Malaysia
Company: New Era Technology – Type: 12 MONTH CONTRACT
About the Role:
New Era Technology is looking for experienced SAP OTC Senior Consultant to be deployed at our prestigious client in Malaysia at their KL office.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in SAP SD.
- SAP O2C senior consultant to be part of Regional O2C team to lead Design, Test, Support.
- Candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in O2C process, SAP S/4 system understanding alongside hands on experience with API and testing with strong facilitation, communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Nationality: Malaysians preferred. Open for all nationalities who are willing to work onsite in Malaysia
- Availability: Candidates who can join max in 30-60 days.
