Our objective is to optimise automation across tax code lifecycle management, tax determination (for both AP and AR), filing and reporting in varied SAP landscapes (ECC6, S4 HANA or in managing seamless migration from ECC6 to S4 HANA).
Taxmarc has 2 strategic partnerships with standard interfaces to both Wolters Kluwer CCH Suretax (for US tax determination) and with Edicom for e-invoicing, reporting compliance solutions. This provides our clients with a globally integrated, template solution eliminating manual tasks and systems and providing in its place the required process rigor and controls.
- Innovating MNCs tax determination processes and systems to ensure consistent, “first time right”, invoicing and reporting in real time across multiple jurisdictions.
- Designing and implementing a futureproof, tax determination solution that is easily maintained, scale-able, flexible to meet changing compliance / reporting requirements
- Embedding a tax control framework with workflow resolution to manage risk & assurance.
Taxmarc achieves this in multiple SAP systems, determining tax automatically for maximum efficiency at scale. This will include end-to-end solutions including e-invoicing, e-reporting, archiving etcetera.
Your role as Senior Functional consultant
As SAP senior functional consultant you will be involved in the functional design of our core Tax Engine and indirect tax solutions in SAP, as well as in project delivery.
You will be responsible for translating client requirements and legal tax regulations into functional specifications, configuring our SAP tax solutions at the clients and providing them functional solution support. You will be actively involved in identifying the best product development solutions together with our SAP technical team specialists.
As part of your growth you will be involved in training and growing junior colleagues and your coaching duties and tasks will evolve over the time.
Key Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Functional implementation of our SAP indirect tax solutions at the clients.
- Analyze client business requirements/ tax legal requirements and draft functional specifications for our product development team.
- Advise and provide functional support to our global clients.
- Create and keep up to date functional documentations and user guides.
- Share knowledge with your colleagues in The Netherlands and with the technical team.
- Keep up your knowledge on the latest tax requirements and technology developments to help the team provide state of art and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years hands on implementation experience. At least 3 full project lifecycles as an SAP SD/MM Consultant and experience in ECC6, S/4 HANA and/or BTP.
- Knowledge about the SAP SD/MM integration with FI.
- Solid understanding of ABAP and ability to debug.
- Understanding of indirect tax rules and SAP indirect tax determination setup.
- Experience working with other Tax Engines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Authorization to work in Malaysia without the need for visa sponsorship.

We are seeking an SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join a dynamic finance team and lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) workstream. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and enhancing SAP FI functionalities, with a focus on AR, FCSM, and Vistex.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP FI module, specifically in the AR, FCSM, and Vistex sub-areas.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure alignment with business processes.

with hands-on expertise in end-to-end Ariba implementation and integration. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge across various Ariba modules and play a key role in delivering seamless source-to-pay solutions, supporting business users, and driving supplier collaboration across global procurement processes. What You’ll Do:
SAP Ariba Implementation:
Lead or support full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations: design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support; Ensure system design aligns with business objectives and best practices. Managed Gateway Integration:
Work with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to enable Ariba-ERP system integration; Troubleshoot and maintain managed gateway interfaces across modules; Analyze and test integration points for transactional data (e.g. purchase orders, invoices). Supplier Enablement:
Drive supplier onboarding and Ariba Network registration; Provide training and support to suppliers to ensure document exchange and transactional readiness. Commerce Automation & Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC):
Implement and optimize Ariba Commerce Automation, automating POs, invoices, order confirmations, and receipts; Support Supply Chain Collaboration processes including logistics coordination, Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN), and inventory visibility. Ariba Sourcing & Contracts:
Support strategic sourcing initiatives using Ariba Sourcing and Contracts modules; Facilitate integration between sourcing, contracts, and ERP for a unified procurement process. Documentation & Testing:
Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, and end-user training materials; Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training workshops. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and suppliers; Communicate technical concepts clearly and adaptably to diverse audiences. What We’re Looking For:
7 years proven experience in SAP Ariba full-cycle implementations. Deep functional knowledge of Ariba modules including Commerce Automation, SCC, Sourcing, and Contracts. Hands-on experience with Ariba-ERP integration via CIG. Strong documentation, testing, and training capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
