What You Will Be Responsible For

Responsible for the testing and maintenance of server software functions and interfaces, ensuring the resolution and closure of issues.
Conduct overall system performance parameter testing and assist the team in performance optimization and verification of test items.
Develop product test plans, test strategies, and solutions; write corresponding functional and performance test cases; and improve software testing methods and processes.
Develop and debug automated test scripts or small tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Analyze and compare competitor product metrics, output comparison results, and identify improvement goals.

How You Will Stand Out

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
Proficient in software testing design methodologies, capable of formulating test plans and strategies based on product requirements, drafting test plans and cases, executing tests, and delivering test reports.
Familiar with commonly used Linux commands. Candidates with experience in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell) will be preferred.
Knowledge of commonly used automation frameworks and capable of developing and debugging automated test cases.
Possess sharp and detailed observation skills, with a strong sensitivity to identifying testing issues and phenomena.
Strong sense of responsibility and patience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary

We are currently seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultants with Mandarin language proficiency for a long-term support engagement in Malaysia. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders and requires strong functional expertise and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA FICO modules
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including interface-related challenges
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
Apply SAP Activate methodology in solution delivery
Ensure high-quality documentation and communication in both English and Mandarin

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO
Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations and 2 support projects
Strong understanding of SAP Financials and Controlling business processes
Proven ability to work independently in client-facing roles
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
Experience with SAP SD module is an added advantage

We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to deliver a large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme within the Oil & Gas sector. We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join the team and play a key role in delivering high-quality finance solutions across this complex environment.

Role Overview

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure and optimise SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will ensure all solutions meet business requirements, industry regulations, and best practice standards, while contributing to the full project lifecycle from design through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and enhance SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling processes.
Collaborate with finance and project teams to define requirements, design solutions, and document configurations.
Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Support testing phases, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Work within cross-functional teams to integrate finance processes with other SAP modules.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes within the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP projects, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
Hands-on experience in both implementation and support phases.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Exposure to S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
