Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement CRM strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, while also creating meaningful post-purchase engagement.
  • Develop creative methods to maintain customer interaction after purchase, ensuring customers feel continuous support from the company, even in cases without active sales representative contact.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, seamless automation, and efficient workflows with all data accessible for reference, analysis, and reporting.
  • Create and execute loyalty programs, after-sales communication strategies, and educational content to build trust, strengthen relationships, and encourage repeat purchases.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in CRM Management, customer experience or related field where 2 years in lead/ managerial level.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, retention strategies and loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and CRM best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple job in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage customers effectively
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)

The Senior Staff Engineer, SAP GTS & Compliance Solutions in Information Systems is a critical role that serves as the primary bridge between the Compliance department and the Information Technology (IT) organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all global trade compliance requirements are effectively integrated into our systems, processes, and digital transformations. This includes leading compliance reviews for IT projects, managing and optimizing SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) software, e-Filing, and providing expert guidance to ensure automated processes are both efficient and compliant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the key subject matter expert (SME) for global trade compliance on all relevant IT and digitalization initiatives.
+ Partner with IT, logistics, supply chain, and product development teams to design and implement trade-compliant solutions from the ground up.
+ Lead/Participate in the compliance impact assessment and requirement gathering for new projects or upgrades, including e-commerce platforms, S4/GTS upgrades, and e-filing (ATLAS, Seeburger, etc.) and related integrated application.
+ Develop and execute test scripts (UAT) to validate that systems correctly handle restricted party screening, classification determination, duty calculation, and other compliance checks.

+ Provide expert advice and training to internal stakeholders on how to use compliance systems effectively.

Qualifications
+ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
+ 5+ years of direct experience in global trade compliance, with a strong focus on the intersection of compliance and SAP knowledge.
+ Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting a SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
+ Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential.
+ Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors
+ Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision
+ Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude
**Technology Proficiency:**

Interacts directly with immediate supervisor, co-workers and team members; engages in routine exchanges of information; interactions with external contacts, if applicable, would be monitored.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Participates as a member of a customer focus team and acts as an interface between customers and the team.
+ Receives, reviews and monitors status of customer orders.
+ Works with internal and external customers to identify and resolve issues that may affect the on-time delivery of the product(s).
+ Communicates customer requirements and issues in production meetings.
+ Researches issues such as material, forecast, EDI transmission, and production problems and coordinates resolution with department managers, process owners or the customer.
+ Maintains issues, complaints and corrective action requests for reporting purposes.
+ Enters data into database ensuring root cause is reached and issue is closed.
+ Troubleshoots return issues.
+ Develops, maintains and generates all necessary performance reports and measurements for dissemination to internal staff.
+ Tracks and resolves all issues and discrepancies pertaining to the creation of monthly management reports.
+ Analyzes issues and problems to determine trends.
+ Prepares, analyzes and distributes reports which may include open order status, placements, on time delivery, return metrics inventory and buffer stock status, order turn time, yields, forecasting accuracy, order coverage, shipments and reports for special customer requests.
+ Assists more experienced team members in the preparation of new product, qualification and service quotes.
+ Tracks project and billing and communicates status to team and customer.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, and logistics.
+ Knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing.
+ Knowledge of customer contracts and terms.
+ Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
+ Good presentation, database management and computer skills.
+ Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to enter detailed data from source documents into various databases with speed and a high degree of accuracy.
+ Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external
**Physical Demands**
+ Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
+ Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
+ Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
+ Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines
**Typical Experience**
+ Zero to two years of relevant experience.
**Typical Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
