  • Business Engagement & Project Management
    • Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, define project scope, prioritize tasks, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver training.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • Have at least 6–8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on CRM implementation , configuration, and support. Experience with Model N is a strong advantage.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of CRM systems, particularly in Sales and Channel modules such as Master Data Management, Orders, Pricing, Samples, Quotes, Ship and Debit, Claims, Funnel Management, and Channel Management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database concepts; ability to write and interpret queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
  • Experience in developing proof of concepts, piloting solutions, and delivering enhancements and full-scale implementations.
  • CRM experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration with EDI and ERP systems.
  • Broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements management, functional design, UAT, cut-over planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering CRM projects on time and within scope.
  • Good command of English

  • Own Solution design, costing & pricing of assigned projects by line manager

We’re looking for

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Solution Design/Operations/Operations Excellence role, preferably in the contract logistics / warehousing / distribution center industry

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of studies

  • Knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD is advantageous

  • Skilled warehouse solution personnel who has deep understanding of making process changes on productivity and financials

  • Exposure to working in warehouse or logistics operations including implementation

  • Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across cultures and countries

  • Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills

We are looking for a SAP S4/HANA FICO/PS Center of Excellence (CoE) Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. This is a high impact role where you will drive SAP solution design, support global implementations, and champion best practices across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP S4/HANA FICO and PS modules
  • Identify process gaps and drive SAP-based improvements to enhance financial and project operations
  • Maintain and govern the global SAP template, ensuring consistency across regional rollouts
  • Align SAP strategies with long-term corporate goals and regional needs
  • Stay current with SAP S4/HANA innovations and assess their relevance to the business and its needs
  • Establish and enforce documentation standards, governance practices, and compliance protocols
  • Ensure all solutions are aligned with internal controls and external financial regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA FICO and PS, including configuration, customization, and implementation
  • Domain expertise in Discrete Manufacturing or Consumer Electronics is essential
  • Strong knowledge in product costing and global SAP template governance is required
  • SAP certifications in FICO and/or PS are highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel regionally, up to 50%
  • Strong communication skills, especially in engagements with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

What You'll Do

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FIORI applications tailored for EWM
  • Gather requirements from global warehouse teams to enhance operations
  • Support key functionalities such as inventory, order picking, shipping, and goods receipt
  • Configure SAP FIORI Launchpad components like tiles, catalogs, and roles
  • Integrate with SAP EWM , other SAP modules, and warehouse systems (WCS )
  • Provide second-line FIORI support for incidents, service requests, and global RFCs
  • Conduct user training sessions and create detailed technical documentation

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of SAP FIORI/UI5 experience with strong domain knowledge in EWM
  • Proficient in SAP Gateway , OData services , FIORI Launchpad , and UI5 technologies
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering , or a related field
