Job Description - Executive, WM & TM SAP Analyst (MER0003OFM) Job Description Description Responsibilities & Key Outcomes : Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Lead the process of gathering and analyzing Aftersales/Logistics business requirements by engaging with key stakeholders. Translate these requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications to support system implementation and improvements. Solution Design : Assess complex business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to design and validate innovative and efficient solutions. Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and enhance system capabilities. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization. Recommend and implement process improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and understanding throughout the entire project lifecycle. Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and expectations, ensuring successful project/demand delivery. Quality Assurance : Develop comprehensive test cases and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and best practices. Facilitate troubleshooting and validation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Documentation : Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for all implemented solutions, including process flows, system designs, functional specifications, and user manuals. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference by business and technical teams. Qualifications

Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role. Proven experience working on international projects, with a focus on project management and coordination across diverse teams. Specific Knowledge & Skills : Expert Knowledge of SAP Modules : In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules. Business Analysis & Solution Design : Demonstrated experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related role, ideally within the automotive industry and with a specific focus on aftersales processes. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive & Self-Motivated : Self-driven, with the ability to take initiative in learning new systems and tools, as well as the ability to adapt to changes in the business environment. Methodology Experience : Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, ensuring flexible and effective delivery. Experience gained in using the supported tools JIRA and Confluence. Organizational Skills : Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate IT related projects for UOB Group and APAC branches that may be assigned from time to time.
• Understand business function and analyse user requirements, make a clear scope of project and build consensus with users (Create ‘Project Management Plan’).
• Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional enhancements, functional/application design, functional specification discussion, and obtain users agreements.
• Obtain commitments from all identified stakeholders on creation of project plan and handle of project change management.
• Create project schedule, project activity list and control to keep the schedule and within budget.
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
• Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with vendor (where relevant) to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing.
• Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans.
• Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc.).
• Communicate project details and schedules to the Business as required.
• Lead and co-ordinate Go-Live activities, including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
• Ensure that the delivery of assigned projects meet or exceed user expectations.
• Review post implementation issues coming out from project implementation.
• Manages risks and resolve issues for production incidents assigned.
• Manages relationships and coordinate work between different team members, and with developer resources.
• Will need to understand impacts of branches and code merges arising from needs of conflicting projects, change requests, and production incident fixes.
• Closely supervise developer resources work, and ensure that quality coding practices and processes have been observed.
• Continually works towards making improvements in the FA team’s processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• min. 6 years of previous project management experience, with exposure to project management best practices/ methodologies/ project lifecycle.
• min. 6 years of supporting SAP ECC6 environment from a functional perspective, with solid understanding of core Finance modules such as Finance and Controlling (FICO) (including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA) and Internal Order Management (CO-IO); and Budget Control System (BCS).
• Working knowledge of Material Management (MM), Workflow Management functionalities, Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX) and Asset Accounting (AA) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language, Control-M schedule, and JIRA issue management tool is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP Basis and Oracle databases is preferred.
• Formal training in project management practices preferred.
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office with expert level knowledge of Excel, and working knowledge of MS Access.
• Experience with IT support of Financial Accounting and Procurement business functions is preferred.
• Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills in an SAP ECC6 environment.
• Capability of self-learning and a quick learner.
• Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and growing organization/environment.
• Good communication (written and oral) skills.
• Ability to network and influence others without direct oversight or supervision.

Job Description

Support the design, build and oversee the implementation of Global Financial - Analytics and Reporting, operational and management solutions (Group, Core Finance, R&D Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement)

Ensure the solution fits to the existing and new Roche Financial landscape requirements and the end to end processes/systems, interfaces and platforms

Support implementation of requirements out of Define/Design phase of the program ASPIRE within A&R Finance streams IT, Business and off-shore teams in order to guarantee the deliverables with full transparency on status and risk management

Identify and resolve/escalate risks, issues and make decisions related to the solutions

Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for BI, Analytic & Reporting in the S/4 HANA and BW/4 implementation, SAC Reporting, all SAP and non-SAP systems relationship

Support architecture and design of the overall S/4 HANA landscape taking into consideration Roche Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications:

Very good understanding of financial processes, global solutions and systems

Deep knowledge and understanding of A&R for Finance and A&R SAP Tools (S/4 HANA, SAC, BW/4, HANA Native) including good overall understanding on transactional, operational business and corporate finance

Strong adaptability mindset to support an agile and dynamic environment of constant priority changes

Open-minded and flexibility, with the ability to do hands-on work in order to accomplish the deliverables and deadlines

Works independently

Fluent in English orally and in writing

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Must-have experience in SAP ERP/BW - implementations/migration and rollouts in a global environment - preferable S/4 HANA and BW/4

Understanding of S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4 and SAP Analytics Cloud"

Job Description

Support the design, build and oversee the implementation of Global Financial - Analytics and Reporting, operational and management solutions (Group, Core Finance, R&D Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement)

Ensure the solution fits to the existing and new Roche Financial landscape requirements and the end to end processes/systems, interfaces and platforms

Support implementation of requirements out of Define/Design phase of the program ASPIRE within A&R Finance streams IT, Business and off-shore teams in order to guarantee the deliverables with full transparency on status and risk management

Identify and resolve/escalate risks, issues and make decisions related to the solutions

Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for BI, Analytic & Reporting in the S/4 HANA and BW/4 implementation, SAC Reporting, all SAP and non-SAP systems relationship

Support architecture and design of the overall S/4 HANA landscape taking into consideration Roche Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications:

Very good understanding of financial processes, global solutions and systems

Deep knowledge and understanding of A&R for Finance and A&R SAP Tools (S/4 HANA, SAC, BW/4, HANA Native) including good overall understanding on transactional, operational business and corporate finance

Strong adaptability mindset to support an agile and dynamic environment of constant priority changes

Open-minded and flexibility, with the ability to do hands-on work in order to accomplish the deliverables and deadlines

Works independently

Fluent in English orally and in writing

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Must-have experience in SAP ERP/BW - implementations/migration and rollouts in a global environment - preferable S/4 HANA and BW/4

Understanding of S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4 and SAP Analytics Cloud"

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA for SAP FICO.
• Support day-to-day incident ticket, within SLA.
• Develop new features as per business requirements and create documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, support test planning and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with SAP ERP as a business analyst or in a functional role in the areas of SAP Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, etc.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP FICO is a plus:
  • FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Funds Management, and Special Purpose Ledger.
  • CO: Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Activity Based Costing.
• Experience in functional testing and/or deployment of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA applications is preferred.
• Experience in implementing S/4 HANA with standard/custom Fiori apps is preferred.
• Experience in QA automation tools like Selenium or SAP automation tools is a plus.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.
• Proven experience transitioning functional requirements to technical requirements.
• Extensive business process and functional knowledge.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and interact with multiple teams.
