Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
To provide support for Human Resource Management System, project management and change requests.
Key responsibilities:-
-Mainly support the Human Resource Management System and secondary support for other Enterprise Applications
-Manage projects and change requests
-Provide weekly and monthly reporting to Team Lead
-Effective and efficient vendor management
-Manage system performance, system uptime and cron jobs
About You
Requirements:-
-Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
-Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resource System Support
-Must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, interpersonal skills and initiative to learn
-Possess strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
-Knowledge in FlexHR and SQL would be added advantage

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to SAP users.
Resolve SAP Basis-related incidents, problems, and change requests escalated to the SAP Service Desk team.
Monitor and manage security access and violations.
Perform user management tasks such as user and role creation and maintenance.
Maintain system health by monitoring performance and logs.
Collaborate with the SAP Service Desk, SAP Applications Development Support, and SAP Function/Applications Support teams to ensure services meet SLAs.
Participate in and assist with SAP Basis enhancements and projects as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in SAP or other ERP technical support environments; open to fresh graduates.
Knowledge of Windows or Unix/Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with SAP ERP, Solman 7.0 or higher, HR, HANA, BW, BPC, and Portal systems is an advantage.
Ability to keep abreast of SAP technology advancements and developments, and utilize new technology effectively.
Structured problem-solving skills to quickly evaluate problems, identify root causes, create action plans, assess impacts, and develop resolution options.
Experience supporting system upgrades and patching.
Familiarity with support technologies such as call logging software, ticketing tools, and knowledge bases is desirable.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.

The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
Responsibilities:
• Key responsible tasks is to perform regular System refresh & Client copy from heterogeneous systems under tight project timelines.
• Responsible for daily system health check & performance tuning of worst performing SAP Jobs.
• To work with development team to understand the application requirements from software and infrastructure point of view and suggest / implement the suitable system environments.
• To work with development team to troubleshoot on any performance related issues and find solutions.
• To be able to work with other infrastructure teams like administrators, DBA, OS team, Networks team to complete the tasks as per the schedules.

• Extensive hands-on experience on all aspects of SAP Basis Administration tasks like Client-Copy, System Refresh, Support Pack upgrades, Kernel Upgrades, Plug-Ins & Add-on installations, applying OSS Notes etc.
• Attend the requests from Application team related to Infra activities such as Database restoration / Database backup.
• Facilitating Promotional Tasks (SIT-UAT-PRD).
• Perform the Health checks on the Application servers / Database on daily basis.
• Good knowledge of SAP DB upgrade activities.
• Good knowledge of analyzing system errors & ABAP dumps.
• Knowledge of User Administration using SAP standard t-codes, CUA or IDM.
• Working knowledge on SAP Patch upgrades & monthly/Quarterly Unix OS Patching activities.
• Able to work independently on standard SAP authorization tasks.
• Good ABAP knowledge of working on a highly customized SAP system.
