Job responsibilities: Responsible for the architecture planning and development of intelligent customer service, and output high-quality and high-performance solutions Maintain close communication with the business Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews, technical sharing, and team training to promote the improvement of team technical level Understand business/functional requirements and develop corresponding technical solutions based on these requirements Solve various technical problems, responsible for system stability construction, carry out system optimization, architecture upgrade, complete capability accumulation and component framework accumulation. You will report to the Senior Manager- Marketing Operations. This role is expected to start by mid-August to participate in a Salesforce training class. You Will: Use customer data to segment audiences and tailor email content for maximum relevance and engagement. Design complex customer journeys within Journey Builder to deliver personalized email sequences based on customer interactions and behavior. Monitor important email marketing metrics to create insights and inform future campaign strategies Work with Experience Delivery, sales, and other partners to align email marketing campaigns with our goals Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and design elements to identify the most effective variations and improve campaign performance. Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
