As an Account Executive, you will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers in Australia and New Zealand on the benefits and value of Sales Navigator. You will serve as a trusted adviser, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible. 
Responsibilities

**Basic Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
+ Experience selling Technology solutions, SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solutions
** Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in a SaaS-based environment 
+ Experience using LinkedIn platform and solutions as a sales professional, preferably Sales Navigator 
+ Proven history of overachieving quota and results in a large, high-growth company 
+ Ability to perform territory planning and prioritise accounts for resource management based on a set of predetermined criteria 
+ Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process  
+ Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Manager - Global Trade Solutions (GTS) Sales**
**Principal responsibilities:**
+ Gain market share by proactively targeting and winning new business across a range of industry segments for Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), build a strong pipeline of prospective customers with new connections/business directed to HSBC to maximise business opportunities
+ Enhance profitability of client relationships as a major contributor to group economic profit
+ Manage business relationship-building with customers, linking them to senior management
+ Drive the deal transactions in coordination with different stakeholders for a successful deal outcome; share latest market trends and product variations with stakeholders in CIB
+ Safeguard the Bank from potential loss by client loan obligations are not overdue and problem accounts are identified and dealt with early
+ Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risks
+ Maintain close liaison with cross border, intra region and cross regional colleagues/stakeholders so as to provide input into the strategic direction of Sales, Product and Client Management functions and to the overall direction of GTS regional and global business
**Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of trade finance, services, products and techniques
+ Sound lending experience in commercial banking with exposure in corporate lending and trade services is an advantage
+ Strong commercial orientation combined with a customer driven approach
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Extensive knowledge of the market and market trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment
+ Good analytical skills with a business sense and the ability to work well under pressure
+ A team player who is self-motivated and results-oriented

The Product Sales Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage a portfolio of Top Tier Local Corporates and Global Subsidiaries and be responsible for TTS (Treasury and Trade Solutions) sales origination, cross-sell and retention across the portfolio
+ Deepen wallet penetration, revenue realization and expansion, and driving customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and reduce attrition
+ Primary global or regional point of contact and accountability for TTS sales origination and related activities to clients
+ Trusted advisor for the TTS solutions provided to clients and be responsible for overall client satisfaction
+ Manage and drive the deal team and work closely with Relationship Managers, TTS Product, Client Delivery and O&T to achieve objectives
+ Responsible, in close coordination with Product Management team, for the development and strategic growth of the region, as well as lead execution of multiple country solutions
+ Responsible to establish and monitor development of the sales strategy to improve origination, while focusing on bringing new clients to the portfolio and guaranteeing that opportunities are executed accordingly, by ensuring that we have the right solution for each of the specific client requirements
+ In addition to that, such person must guarantee that sales best practices and success cases are being implemented across countries
+ Closely manage client portfolio and address risk mitigation needs when necessary
+ Implement and lead execution of sales campaign by country/product to improve market share and client penetration
+ Keep track of portfolio revenues, drivers and monitor against planned targets
+ Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
+ Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
+ Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation.
+ Be familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services

**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of experience
+ Extensive years of client facing/sales experience
