- Based on Health Score, Referred by RM or Scaled Tools weekly outreach to improve Unhealthy to Healthy Accounts (additional 100 impacted accounts)
- Conducting regular training and refresher sessions with existing customers to increase adoption

LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales by helping sales teams' better find, understand and engage their prospects and customers.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Sales Solutions team in acting as a trusted adviser and bringing value to our customers. You will operate in a ‘team selling’ environment and will work with other senior sales reps and cross-functional partners to manage and grow large complex accounts. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet and exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Effectively plan your territory and prioritize your time and resources
- Effectively communicate the LinkedIn Sales Solutions value proposition and elevator pitch to inspire your clients to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers
- Make discovery calls and confirm meetings with key decision makers that will generate revenue
- Create a pipeline of opportunities and reliable forecasts in a transparent manner
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory that will evolve and improve our sales process
- Collaborate with the larger team to ensure we maximize customer value and maximize our opportunity in the territory
- Listen to the needs of the market and educate the product and marketing team
- Deliver, and preferably exceed, against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- BA/BSc degree
- Experience with SaaS sales
- Experience in relationship management

Key responsibilities:
- Master communication and manage all stakeholders within the Large Projects Sales solutions
- Orchestrate the portfolio of all sales and customer related projects/initiatives around Large Projects at Hilti
- Develop technical solutions, sustainable processes, and standards in this area
- Drive standardization, centralization, and contribute to digitalization initiatives
- Build-up sustainable support structures to operate the created solutions and processes (incl. documentation)
- Actively manage 3rd party vendor(s), local suppliers, and providers in your area
- Strongly collaborate with other Large project areas
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field (PhD is a plus)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT (SAP, Salesforce.com), Sales solutions and Customer Relationship Mgmt
- Experience in Engineer-to-Order environments with a project driven context is a clear plus
- Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude – taking responsibility in understanding topics, owning them, and delivering success
- Product/Project Management – experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives in your area in a portfolio way as well as end-to-end project delivery experience
- Skills in manging product related topics like backlog, budget, vendors, externals and internal resources
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
