This role will be based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Renewal Specialist team APAC, handles close to 650+ accounts, PAN INDIA. 40% of our customers require assistance to increase product adoption to drive the high ROI.

You will be required to identify customer accounts which require immediate attention connect with the program managers and proactively offer training and support. Help new customers onboard and experience a smooth start and increase product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping new customers with Onboarding and existing customers with Adoption, training and refresher sessions (close to 300 net new per annum)
  • Based on Health Score, Referred by RM or Scaled Tools weekly outreach to improve Unhealthy to Healthy Accounts (additional 100 impacted accounts)
  • Conducting regular training and refresher sessions with existing customers to increase adoption
  • Engaging RS Team customers with Insights, Customer Success Stories, Build industry wise narratives to help position the product
  • Educating customers to join LinkedIn Community and leveraging the online learning materials
  • Conducting Webinars, In Person Events, Scaled Events to improve product adoption


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales support roles
  • Relevant experience in Customer Success Management, onboarding and conducting training


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a software, SaaS or startup environment
  • Experience managing high volume of customers, providing 1:Many or 1:1 trainings
  • Experience in problem solving customer issues and displaying customer centric ideology
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and project, time and customer management skill

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Sales Solutions team in acting as a trusted adviser and bringing value to our customers. You will operate in a ‘team selling’ environment and will work with other senior sales reps and cross-functional partners to manage and grow large complex accounts. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet and exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.

  • Effectively plan your territory and prioritize your time and resources

We are looking for an IT Product Owner defining and managing all sales related IT projects and solutions, working towards achieving our vision of a seamless, connected and SAP based IT landscape for Large Project business at Hilti. To complement our team, we are seeking for an IT Product Owner to plan, manage and deliver digitalization projects. Your role drives the build-up of a team and processes to sustainable manage the sales solutions area within the Large Projects program. You will strongly contribute to one of our core initiatives out of our new corporate strategy shaping the future towards “Make Construction Better”.What does the role involve? As the IT Product Owner – Large Projects Sales solutions you will shape the future processes and IT solutions to improve step by step the areas of our offerings towards our customers within Large Projects. In line with our IT and Business project teams you will define, deliver, and run solutions contributing to our vision. This innovative position requires business understanding, IT know-how, project & portfolio management skills as well as strong competences to implement and operate these solutions. One of the most dynamic and diverse IT challenges is waiting for you. This position will be responsible for leading and supporting new business solutions based on latest technologies, e.g. Salesforce.com, SAP S/4 HANA. Following new trends surrounding Engineer-to-Order and digital sales solutions within the project business, analyzing their values, and implementing them at Hilti are additional parts of that innovation leading role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Master communication and manage all stakeholders within the Large Projects Sales solutions
  • Orchestrate the portfolio of all sales and customer related projects/initiatives around Large Projects at Hilti
  • Develop technical solutions, sustainable processes, and standards in this area
  • Drive standardization, centralization, and contribute to digitalization initiatives
  • Build-up sustainable support structures to operate the created solutions and processes (incl. documentation)
  • Actively manage 3rd party vendor(s), local suppliers, and providers in your area
  • Strongly collaborate with other Large project areas
What you need is:
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field (PhD is a plus)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT (SAP, Salesforce.com), Sales solutions and Customer Relationship Mgmt
  • Experience in Engineer-to-Order environments with a project driven context is a clear plus
  • Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude – taking responsibility in understanding topics, owning them, and delivering success
  • Product/Project Management – experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives in your area in a portfolio way as well as end-to-end project delivery experience
  • Skills in manging product related topics like backlog, budget, vendors, externals and internal resources
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
