- Have a solid foundation in data structures and computer systems, master network architecture, be familiar with common algorithms, data structures, and commonly used Design patterns
- Familiar with distributed systems, proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message Middleware, experience in using SQL, Redis, Kafka and other storage Middleware is preferred
- Experience in intelligent customer service development, familiarity with intelligent customer service and backend architecture design and related solutions is preferred
- Able to independently complete the preparation of design documents, technical documents and interface documents
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and can actively discover and solve problems
- Have good learning ability, be serious and responsible for work, and be proactive

Skills/Experience

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits). Develop coding modules as a subject matter expert (SME). Build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex coding with best practices. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development. Develop robust understanding on business processes and standard operating procedures Maintain and support existing solution on Salesforce.com platform. Collaborate among and support colleagues within the team and Digital Transformation & IT Department for solving business challenges. Job Responsibilities Responsible for development of Salesforce platform with Apex and Lightning Web Components. Develop solutions using Salesforce best practice, patterns, and testing requirements. Maintain proper technical documentations. Keep abreast of relevant technological advancements on Salesforce.com Assists in establishing standard operating procedures, policies, and best practices for the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Education/ Professional Qualification & Professional Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related fields of study. Having minimum 5 years’ experience on Salesforce.com platform. Having minimum 3 years successfully completing multiple Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Strong development skills including Visual Force, Lightning Web components, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com APIs and Web Services.
