About the Role

Accountable for strategic salesforce planning & execution and oversee the overall Operations segmentation within all Partnership Distribution (PD) channels including Bancassurance (F2F), Financial Executive - Unit Trust, Credit Life, Direct Marketing Channels including Digital Platform Partnership (Virtual Sales), Bank Partner's Direct Marketing Campaign, and all others future Sales Channels within Partnership Distribution to achieve business goals.Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall Operations segmentation including Onboarding (pre & post), Licensing, Administration, Data Analysis, Reporting, etc. related tasks within Partnership Distribution Channels.

  • Work closely with Onboarding & Licensing Team under PD Academy Salesforce Planning and actively monitor any Operations and Administration tasks including Agent's licensing (register/ renew/ termination), update Manpower (including Financial Executive - Bancassurance & Direct Marketing) Movement reports/ dashboard, pre-employment screenings (including due diligence check), etc.
  • Streamline the onboarding & licensing tasks within PD channels by continue fine-tune/ improve the TAT to ensure the smoothness of business processes.
  • Work closely with AIA HR Team and Bank Partner's HR Team on HR & Recruitment related matters including onboarding, induction training, employee benefits, contract renewal/ termination, offboarding, etc.
  • Manage the Recruitment budget and ensure recruitment effectiveness and cost-effectiveness are met.

Strategize Salesforce Planning and Execution for all distribution Channels.

  • Responsible for developing, defining and implementing short-term and long-term manpower plans for all distribution channels inclusive of Bancassurance (F2F), PD-Direct Marketing and all others future Sales Channels within PD to fulfill the manpower requirements.
  • Periodically monitor and report on manpower activities and review actual manpower movements against planned to ensure the manpower plan are adhere with the business directions.
  • Preparing manpower forecasts on timely basis, estimate the recruitment cost and submit consolidated budget for final approval from management.
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders including bank partners to align the manpower plan and make relevant recommendations.
  • Develop hiring strategies and plans including identifying and addressing current and future headcounts gaps, optimizing headcount.

Partnership Distribution - Recruitment & Sustainability.

  • Strengthening Talent Attraction and Onboarding for manpower growth for each distribution channels within PD.
  • Work closely with AIA HR, Bank Partner's HR Team, and internal stakeholders on recruitment planning, progress tracking and process improvement initiative.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment screening activities to determine candidates’ suitability, i.e., phone/ face-to-face screening, online assessments, interview arrangements, etc.
  • Conduct regular engagement with PD Sales Team as well as business partners to identify sales force requirement and to ensure optimize headcount placement.
  • Conduct regular PD (Salesforce) Recruitment and Retention Analysis to support and identify key actions for improvement of quality recruitment.

Recruitment Initiatives – To explore and expand various new recruitment initiatives to maintain consistent funneling of candidate’s pipelines.

  • Explore alternative recruitment activities to improve quality and cost efficiency recruitment, including organize Career Talks, Campus Recruitment activities, Career Fairs, etc.
  • Creative sourcing methods via LinkedIn searches, attend networking/ industry engagement events, establish partnership/ collaboration with Universities/ Colleges for Campus Recruitment penetration to build long-term talent pipeline).
  • Expand and engage additional job platforms (job posting) to source for sufficient candidates to all distribution channels within PD.
  • Leverage on various recruitment sources including social media to engage, attract, and network with talents and recruitment agencies.
Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education in Business, Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of Recruitment/ Staffing experience for Sales positions and volume hiring. Candidates with Recruitment experience in hiring Insurance Agents or Sales Consultant in various Distribution channels will have definite advantage.
  • If you have experience in sales in Banking and Insurance, you are also welcome to apply.
  • Must have proven hands-on experience to plan and drive Recruitment activities including Recruitment Drive, Career Talks, etc.
  • Experience in manpower planning exercise and manpower development activities will be added advantage.
  • We want talents who are dynamic, creative, good interpersonal skills, team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, and detailed-oriented.
  • Strong knowledge in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint with good analytical skills.
  • Good command of verbal and written communication skills.

About The Role

You will lead the development of a portfolio of technology solutions, ensuring their design and architecture are scalable, efficient, and high-performing. This role focuses on building robust systems that support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Design

  • Translate business and functional requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems.

Software Development

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 1–5 years of experience in IT application development, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role within the supported IT domain (application design and development for digital systems).
  • Proven experience in executing IT projects, with strong expertise in system application design and technology implementation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with middle management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of insurance business operations, including distribution channel models.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

Core Competencies

  • Proficient in developing applications using VB.NET or Java.
  • Strong experience in writing and optimizing stored procedures.
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle, including T-SQL.
  • Familiarity with architectural styles and APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs).

Preferred Competencies

About The Role

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at SPP TOPNOTCH ADVISORY. In this full-time role based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new sales opportunities, as well as managing and growing our existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and sourcing new leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events

Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to both individual and corporate clients

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within set targets and timelines

Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

- You will work with a larger customer account team to strengthen customer relationships and to work on Microsoft AI Business Solutions strategies that allow you to develop an immediate and long-term Customer Success Plan and Value Based Delivery for reactive and proactive needs
- You will Identify and manage customer goals and Support for Mission Critical (SfMC) opportunities across AI Business Solutions to improve the quality, consumption, and health of the customer's solution
- You will drive and participate in proactive delivery management as well as spot performance issues, analyze problems, and drive activities focused on stabilizing and optimizing your customer's solution
- You will work with internal Microsoft support teams, account teams, product engineering and service engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and efficient customer support experience
- You will apply and share lessons learned for continuous process and delivery improvement for the customer and peers
- You will engage in meetings with your customers and account teams to review Support for Mission Critical services, customer support issues, and articulate your Customer Success Plans
- You will share and gain knowledge through technical communities
- You will contribute to on-call rotations to ensure a high quality of service for the critical incidents created by Support for Mission Critical customers
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
**Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice:**
+ Design, deployment, and management of Teams Phone (Enterprise Voice), including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and integration with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
+ Experience with VoIP, PBX migration, and Unified Communications solutions.
+ Troubleshooting call quality, voice routing, and telephony integration issues.
+ Familiarity with Teams-certified devices and endpoint management for voice solutions.
**Endpoint Management** **(Intune & SCCM/MECM):**
+ Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for mobile device and application management (MDM/MAM), including policy creation, compliance, and security baselines.
+ Advanced Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) for OS deployment, software distribution, application management, patch management, Strong PowerShell scripting, hierarchy design and co-management scenarios. Also having basic SCCM log review skill to determine troubleshooting direction.
+ Migration experience from SCCM to Intune, and hybrid/co-management environments, e.g. GPO migration, application migration, update management migration, etc.
+ Knowledge of Hybrid/Pure Entra ID join for Windows Device, Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and device lifecycle management.
+ Experience with Mobile / MacOS devices management in Intune
**Microsoft 365** **Ecosystem** **:**
+ Administration and support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance features (eDiscovery, DLP, Defender, etc.).
+ Integration of Teams with other M365 services and third-party UC solutions (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, Slack).
**Professional skills:**
+ Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
