+ Manages account portfolio - develops and implements account plans.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver MRI application training in the clinical, classroom, and remote settings.
+ Provide ongoing applications support as the customer's trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer's desired outcomes.
+ Primary focus will be to provide support to MRI customers in Malaysia, also periodically support other countries within ASEAN.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (MR) and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
+ Support product demonstrations, site visits and marketing activities.
+ Introduce new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (MR) and ongoing training needs.
+ Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training; monitor and report on training outcomes.
+ Act as focal point for MR modality team, identify and solve customer issues, assist in escalations, problem determination, specialty training requests and communicate potential leads to relevant teams.
+ Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
+ Willingness and ability to travel within Malaysia and periodically within ASEAN
**Required Experience:**
+ Bachelor degree in radiography or radiologic technology with more than 3 years of MR technical/clinical industry experience
+ Demonstrated experience working on MRI systems
+ Deep understanding of MR clinical education training and associated process implementation.
+ Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.
+ Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

**Job Description Summary**
The Power Quality Products Specialist Sales owns the accountability of order intake and margin for this product in given accounts by providing winning products and price strategy together with Account Manager in charge.
The PQP PSS together with the team will provide technical competency to the external and internal customers, and ensure valuable technical solution and optimized cost towards deal win strategy, driving bidding and negotiation process, fulfill both ITR and OTR procedure while ensuring the strict application of GE Ethic, Compliance, and the processes
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Power Quality Products (PQP) - is responsible for meeting orders, contribution margins and sales target on the PQP Product Line portfolio, working closely with the customer to determine requirements and promote the business value proposition of PQP products and solutions.
+ Be responsible for meeting the order target and operating margin outlined in the annual budget in your geographic region coverage.
+ Work closely with regional GE Vernova & Grid Solutions sales team to maximize GE market share in the region.
+ Develop customers/accounts and identify potential opportunities in the assigned area for PQP product line.
+ Understand customer needs and market trends to formulate market strategy and NPI proposals.
+ Negotiate terms and conditions with customer at proposal and negotiation stages (ITO).
+ Provide necessary support to project managers during execution phase (OTR).
+ Create forecasts based on pipeline using SPEAK, monthly and quarterly orders estimate and convertible orders.
+ Accountable for high Say/Do Ratio on all activities as measured by agreed upon time/quantity/quality metrics.
+ Develop strategic relationships with the key customers and solution providers in the deregulated power market.
+ Lead in a matrixed organization of product specialists, technical sales, commercial operations, finance, legal etc. to scope, negotiate, sign, and deliver a solution to the customers.
+ Be responsible to learn quickly when facing up with new problems and analyze successes and failures for further opportunities.
+ See ahead clearly to anticipate future trends and consequences; and be flexible to adapt to changes accordingly.
+ **_Qualifications Required:_**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Degree from engineering courses would be a plus)
+ Significant experience in sales position in transmission and distribution (T&D) industry
+ Strong technical/commercial background on selling Power Quality Products to different industry segments and Electrical Utilities in Region
+ 5-7 years of experience in sales of HV/MV/LV electrical equipment and solutions.
+ Proven sales experience with domestic and export market.
+ Experience with Databases and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (SFDC)
+ Working knowledge of GS portfolio to meet customers' needs for integrated solutions.
+ Ability and willingness to travel as necessary within assigned region and other regions.
+ Wiliness to work with team members in different time zones.
+ Extensive knowledge of the Power & Renewable, T&D and Industrial segments

+ Significant experience in Power Quality Products (capacitors, air core reactors)
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and team selling environment.
+ Understanding of industry trends, compliance-driven mandates, and the relevant impact on client business strategy and challenges
+ Proven ability to help to shape client's business and priorities of technology investment.
+ Proven ability to translate customer insights and requirements into compelling solutions through leveraging the GE offering portfolio and roadmap.
+ Proven experience in selling complex, integrated business solutions.
+ Proven track record for meeting sales quotas, managing forecasts, and managing pipelines.
+ Proven ability to establish trusted business relationships with executives and key decision-making stakeholders.
+ Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO and staff level.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Actively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities and leads for system integration projects in target industries (e.g., Japanese-Oriented Companies) within Malaysia, leveraging fluency in required languages.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails outreach in Japanese or English to introduce our SI capabilities and generate interest.
  • Participate in industry events, technology forums, and networking activities (both virtual and in-person) to expand the professional network and capture leads specific to IT infrastructure, software, and services.

2. Solutions Selling & Technical Understanding:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our core system integration offerings, including but not limited to: Key Focus Solutions: Own Managed Services (e.g., Firewall Managed Services, IT Help Desk Services, RPAM Service & etc).
  • Other Solutions: Network Infrastructure (e.g., Firewall, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Security solutions), Server & Storage Solutions (e.g., On-premises, Virtualization, Cloud integration), Cybersecurity Solutions (e.g., Endpoint Protection) and, Cloud Services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS integration, Hybrid Cloud).
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific IT requirements and business challenges of clients, utilizing both languages effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with project team, vendor to understand client's existing IT environments and propose optimal, integrated solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements, pain points, and objectives to propose suitable and scalable IT solutions.

3. Sales Cycle Management:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, quotation, and contracts in the client's preferred language (Japanese or English, often a blend).
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals for complex IT projects to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, ensuring smooth project handover to the delivery team.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in both the private and public sectors through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing IT-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle in their preferred language.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Provide insights into local business practices, cultural considerations, and communication styles to optimize sales approaches within Malaysia.

6. Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, sales activities, and project statuses in organized format.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses specific to IT projects.
  • Manage & collaborate administrative tasks related to sales orders, solution contracts, and invoicing with finance team.

What We're Looking For:

1. Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.

2. Language Proficiency:

  • Native or Near-Native fluency in Japanese , both written and verbal. (Essential for technical documentation, Director and Head Quarter personnel communication).
  • Native or Near-Native fluency in English, both written and verbal. (Essential for local clients, local internal team communication).

3. Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within an IT System Integrator, IT Solutions Provider, or IT Vendor environment .
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity & cloud computing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for complex IT projects and services.
  • Experience navigating the Malaysian IT market and understanding Japanese-Oriented Company business nuances is a strong plus.

4. Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both required languages, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
