About The Opportunity
As the Sales Operations Manager at BTSE Enterprise Solutions, you will be the backbone of our sales engine, ensuring our teams operate efficiently and data-driven decisions fuel revenue growth. You’ll oversee pipeline management, optimize lead distribution, and provide actionable insights to streamline our sales process—while supporting global prospecting efforts and CRM excellence.

Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Sales Process Optimization
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking deal progression and flagging stalled opportunities for follow-up by SDRs and AEs.
- Design and implement lead routing systems based on SDR/AE location, language skills, and territory alignment.
- Produce weekly pipeline reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for acceleration.
- Analyze sales cycle data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Performance Tracking & Enablement
- Track rep activity metrics (emails, LinkedIn outreach, qualified leads) and report on monthly lead generation performance.
- Ensure CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), providing training and tools to maximize adoption.
- Collaborate with prospecting tech providers to optimize territory planning (e.g., targeting licensed exchanges by region).
- Revenue Analysis & Forecasting
- Report on revenue metrics (recurring vs. new revenue) and uncover growth opportunities.
- Support sales forecasting with data-driven insights for leadership.
- Operational Support
- Assist the Sales Director with travel logistics (flights, hotels) for global conferences and prospecting trips.
- Handle sales admin tasks, including tool onboarding, contract coordination, and cross-functional alignment with Customer Success.
- 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics (fintech/crypto experience a plus).
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tech stacks (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python a bonus).

Team Structure- Reporting to: National Operations Manager
- Lead overall merchandising agenda across all channels (DT, MT, and H&B) in East Malaysia.
- Ensure Perfect Store KPIs are met: core-range on shelf-availability, planogram compliance, pricing accuracy, POSM placement, and visibility standards.
- Work with DTM/CDM to roll out activation plans and promotional visibility tools seamlessly in trade.
- Conduct regular market visits and retail audits to assess execution quality.
- Manage and oversee third-party merchandiser agencies in Sabah and Sarawak.
- Develop clear KPIs and scorecards for merchandiser performance (e.g., call compliance, execution quality).
- Lead onboarding and continuous training programs to build frontline capability.
- Drive route optimization, coverage planning, and team productivity tracking.
- Set up and lead structured bi-weekly performance reviews with distributor PICs.
- Review field performance, outlet coverage, planogram execution, and campaign rollouts.
- Address operational bottlenecks and agree on corrective actions with clear timelines.
- Track merchandisers' attendance, attraction, and outlet revisit frequency to ensure effectiveness.
- Identify operational gaps and propose practical solutions for field productivity.
- Benchmark best practices from other regions and pilot new ways of working where applicable.
- Provide timely and accurate field execution reports using Power BI.
- Internal: Customer Development, Finance, Marketing
- External: Key Distributive Trade and Modern Trade Key Account Customers
50% of the time for travelling.
What You’ll Need To Succeed- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years’ work experience relevant to Account Management or Field Sales in FMCG industry.
- Work experience in Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management is preferable.
- Demonstrate self-drive, analytical skills, ability to build relationships, and result orientation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of delivering topline and bottom-line results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver operational excellence.

Job DescriptionOVERVIEW
- Drives organisational alignment on the sales and operations plan through S&OP
- Ensures that an optimal demand and supply balance is achieved that meets service levels in the most profitable manner
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigns and prioritises supply chain service levels to market/customer segments with Sales/Commercial
- Supports the Demand Planning Manager in the creation of the statistical forecast and ultimate approved demand plan
- Supports the Supply Planning Managers in the creation of the rough-cut capacity plan and ultimate approved supply plan including facilitating the Supply Review Meeting
- Serves as the escalation point for issues that arise in the demand and supply planning processes
- Supports the Supply Planning and Warehouse team in the inventory strategy review and the generation of the inventory plan
- Ensures the proper cascading of the S&OP Plan to all relevant parties post the Executive S&OP meeting
- Prepare monthly Actual Sales and Forecast Report for Chairman
- Prepare the monthly Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings
- Accountable for weekly S&OE and ensure escalations from S&OE meetings are taken care of
- Any other duties or tasks as assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in planning functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment (high volume process)
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
- Functional experience in Demand, Supply and Inventory planning
- Business and financial acumen
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and target markets
- A strong work ethic, organization skills, and people skills are required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is needed
- Excellent leadership skills are required with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through motivating and developing others
- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization
