This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about improving how teams use CRM to drive performance and customer engagement.
What you will do:
- CRM Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement CRM strategies and automated workflows to drive lead nurturing, conversion, and retention
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align CRM initiatives with business objectives
- HubSpot Administration & Optimization
- Own and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, including lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, lists, properties, integrations, and user access
- Continuously improve system configuration, automation rules, and performance tracking
- Data Quality & System Usage
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data, including contacts, companies, deals, and activity logs
- Proactively monitor and enforce data hygiene practices—deduplication, field validation, deal stage consistency, and property updates
- Audit system usage regularly and follow up with team members to improve compliance and proper deal logging
- Sales Content & Toolkits
- Build and maintain a centralized library of enablement assets including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, talk tracks, and ROI tools
- Drive regular updates and usage tracking of sales content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Sales Team Training & Support
- Train Sales team members and Sales Managers on proper HubSpot usage, deal entry protocols, pipeline management, and reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and job aids to ensure consistent platform usage
- Serve as a first-line contact for questions or troubleshooting related to HubSpot usage
- Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key CRM metrics (conversion rates, funnel velocity, deal health, etc.)
- Partner with Rev/Sales Ops and Sales leadership to identify insights and drive performance improvements
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of CRM management experience, with at least 2 years hands-on in HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated experience maintaining data accuracy, hygiene, and CRM governance
- Proven ability to train and support cross-functional commercial teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reporting and dashboarding
- HubSpot certification(s) or advanced HubSpot knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-market environments is preferred

In this role, you will be a critical driver of sales success by equipping our sales organization with the tools, training, and processes they need to excel. You will lead initiatives in content development, sales training, process optimization, and the implementation of sales technology, all while fostering alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams. We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to lead the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs that elevate our Sales organization’s performance.
This role is responsible for building scalable programs that improve onboarding, product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and CRM utilization (HubSpot).
You will work across functions to centralize, align, and elevate key enablement efforts, such as training frameworks, sales tools, messaging, and best practices, ensuring consistency and leverage across markets while complementing local team initiatives.
What you will do:
- Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a structured sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals and commercial priorities.
- Develop scalable frameworks for onboarding, continuous learning, and sales capability development across teams and levels.
- HubSpot CRM Integration & Optimization
- Partner with the CRM Manager and RevOps to improve HubSpot usage across the sales funnel, including pipeline hygiene, lifecycle tracking, and sales automation.
- Reinforce CRM adoption through training, usage guidelines, and sales coaching.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Alignment
- Work across functions to centralize, align, and elevate enablement efforts, such as training frameworks, sales tools, messaging, and best practices, ensuring consistency and leverage across markets while complementing local team initiatives.
- Coordinate with local Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to ensure that enablement support is relevant and contextual.
- Training & Development
- Own the development and rollout of sales training programs, from new hire onboarding to ongoing skills development, including sales methodologies and objection handling.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure field readiness for new launches and campaigns.
- Sales Content & Toolkits
- Build and maintain a centralized library of enablement assets including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, talk tracks, and ROI tools.
- Drive regular updates and usage tracking of sales content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Performance Insights & Coaching
- Use sales data and CRM insights to identify skill or process gaps and develop targeted enablement interventions.
- Support Sales Managers with coaching frameworks and tools to improve team performance and consistency.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior or regional leadership role.
- Proven success building and scaling enablement programs that improve sales productivity, win rates, or ramp time.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including reporting, pipeline optimization, and training.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, buyer journeys, and SaaS or technology-enabled businesses.
- Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate across markets, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and influence without direct authority.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable enablement strategies.
