Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

About Role

The Sales Effectiveness & Analytics Data Steward will be focused in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:

  • Monitor & assess the quality of sales data, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer information.

  • Maintain data integrity by identifying & resolving issues, such as inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies

  • Manage data related to sales transactions, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer data

  • Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement

  • Serve as a point of contact for sales teams & other stakeholders regarding data-related issues

  • Educate users on data policies, procedures & best practices

  • Provide data expertise & guidance to support decisions

  • Work closely with Global Business Services to ensure the data are reflected into Power BI reports & dashboards

  • Implement data policies, standards & procedures specific to the sales domain

**Note: Role will be on 2-year contract basis. You may be required to work varying hours due to different time zones supported* *

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields like computer science, information technology, business administration, or data science

  • Minimum 1 year experience in data management, data analysis, or sales operations is highly valued, preferably in Med Tech or Pharma

  • High proficiency & experience with Analytics, Excel - expert level, Power BI experience, Experience in VBA / SQL / Power Automate will be considered an additional advantage for the candidate.

  • Fluency in English is a must

Job Description:

To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force through targeted training, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role will involve designing, implementing, and managing training programs, assessing performance metrics, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their targets for total company product range inclusive of biobanking and diagnostic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  2. Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales leaders.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable targets.
  4. Implement best practices to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  5. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and sales toolkits to improve sales skills, product knowledge, competitor edge selling, and customer engagement skills.
  6. Develop onboarding modules for new hires to ensure they are prepared for the sales environment.
  7. Conduct regular refresher sessions, role plays, exams, and regular fieldwork assessments to keep the team updated on new products, services, and market trends.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
  9. Partner with marketing and operation teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales training, SFE roles, or sales management within the healthcare industry.
  3. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  6. Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting training for both product knowledge and advanced selling skills.
  7. Good communication skills, analytical, problem solving, result-oriented, creativity & innovation.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Executive to support the Singapore Sales Ops Manager and assist cross-functional teams reporting into KL. This role will help manage CRM workflows, dashboards, data reporting, and contribute to process setup and data migration activities for other teams as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Ops Support

  • Maintain and update data in HubSpot CRM
  • Generate and format sales reports, trackers, and dashboards
  • Support sales funnel tracking and follow-up status monitoring
  • Perform data entry, cleanup, deduplication, and record management
  • Monitor lead allocation and provide weekly performance summaries

Cross-Team Support (KL-based Teams Reporting to Sales OPS)

  • Assist in setting up basic SOPs and workflow processes for operations, research, or telesales-related tasks
  • Help with data migration tasks - including cleaning, formatting, and mapping from Excel/Sheets to target systems like HubSpot or shared folders
  • Coordinate with different team leads in KL to ensure consistency in reporting formats and documentation
  • Support in maintaining and organizing shared drives, dashboards, and master trackers

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Admin, CRM, or general operations support
  • Comfortable using HubSpot CRM (preferred) or other similar CRM tools (min 1 year exp)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Notion) or shared folder management (Google Drive, Dropbox)
