We are seeking a Manager to join our Customer Consulting team. You will work with clients to design and deliver new Customer Experiences, leading project workstreams and influencing client thinking. You will coach and develop team members and ensure delivery of complex workstreams and solutions. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You Will Do- Lead complex CX workstreams comprising EY and client resources, with accountability for delivering outcomes to quality, time, and budget
